Reaction to surgical glue, laparoscopy
I’m a week post lap, and I have small itchy spots at the edge of the surgical glue circles. It’s been 7 days so I doubt it’s an allergic reaction but it’s driving me insane. One or two I couldn’t resist and itched and the best way and I can describe it is blood blisters. It’s just a build up of sweat

Superficial endo removed but suspected deep infiltrating ?
I had an MRI scan and
laparoscopy
last November. The MRI showed deep nodularity accross both sides of the peritoneum and cysts in the uterus walls. During
laparoscopy
they say they only saw a couple of small patches of superficial endometriosis and removed them. I was discharged.

Spotting
I’m waiting for my first
laparoscopy
and have been since May 2021. I have no children and have had no success with conceiving. I’ve suffered with symptoms of endo since a teen, but since last year I have been spotting around the mid point of my cycle for around 3-5 days and after intercourse.

Waiting time for laproscopy...please help.
Hi,I'm new on here and seeking support. Told to lose weight for laparoscopy but have an eating disorder - anyone been in this situation at all?
Trigger warning: Bulimia I’ve struggled with bulimia for years, and with that my weight fluctuates quite dramatically. I’ve been told in order to have the surgery I need to lose around 10kg (I currently weigh 90kg), and in that case I’d need to wait another 6 months for surgery. I wondered whether

A help line that works! Wow what a surprise.
Some of you will know that last September I had a pacemaker installed. At the time of my six week checkup the centre told me that I would have a bedside monitor box that would read my PM and relay any problems to the clinic but that they were out of stock. When I was chatting to my EP recently I mentioned

Bowel adhesions
Hi everyone I had a
laparoscopy
in April 2021. Since March this year I’ve been struggling with a heap of new symptoms. The main ones are burning and swelling around my bra area so near my ribs and extreme abdominal bloating and like a stretching/burning feeling.

Is It Implantation? Can anyone help? Really Need Opinions.
It's possible that I may have Endometriosis, I'm on the waiting list for a
Laparoscopy
to check. MY QUESTION: I started bleeding Saturday evening (just over 24 hours ago). I wasn't due my period until a weeks time and I'm pretty regular. So bleeding was very unexpected.

CA125 blood result of 53
I was diagnosed with endo in May 2021 after a
laparoscopy
and told I had a large fibroid whilst pregnant with my second child last year. Have recently stopped breastfeeding so no doubt hormones all over. Has anyone else had a high CA125 reading and it turn out to not be cancer?

Post Lap Conctraceptive
Hi everyone, I have tried a LOT of different pills.. and tried the coil which caused 9 months of pain everyday. My GP fobbed off Endo, and so I went private. Had my first Lap on the 18th Jan and they found moderate Endo and managed to remove most of it. The pill I am on now (Marvelon) was controlling

lap recovery time
hi everyone , I’ve got a date for my first lap. Just wondering what the average recovery time is, I get it’s very dependent on what is found etc. To be honest my symptoms have been so much better as I’ve been taking a cocktail of herbal remedies that have been amazing for the pain so I doubt they will

post laparoscopy recovery
I had my
laparoscopy
for endometriosis of the ovaries last Friday. I’m taking recovery day by day. The pain around my stitches I’m managing with paracetamol and ibruprofen if needed.

endometriosis and external (not in uterus) fibroid surgery
They will do three small incisions for the
laparoscopy
for endometriosis and take out the fibroid vaginally. Could any of this healing impact embryo transfer?

Lesions on the Bowel
Hi there, I have recently undergone laparoscopic excision of endometriosis and adhesiolysis at the end of January. So over a week post op. My surgeon found deep and well established lesions from my Sigmoid, lower part of my bowel to the wall of my left ovary. All of my peritoneum was excised completely
