Undiagnosed, symptoms advise please!
I still have not had a
laparoscopy
and I dont understand why they wont give me one. I am in constant pain most days , I get maybe 1 day in the week I am not in pain. It is sharp, twisting constant pain in my lower stomach. It now radiates across my hips and down my legs.

Need some advice regarding an appointment with endo specialist
Had a appointment with endo specialist as was dignosed with endo nodule on uterosacral ligament and superficial endo in pouch of dogulas in Nov 2022. Nothing was removed as it was done by a gynae surgeon. I then had mri after lap in Feb this year. This showed fibrotic adhesion from sigmiod to uterus

choosing what kind of operation that best
I went to my appt the other day and I was told I can decide what surgery I would like to have for them to take out what they find, So I can have a hysterectomy and the leave in my ovaries so I don't go into the menopause or I can have a

Lap surgery then hysterectomy surgery wait time
I am having a lap next week to in the words of my surgeon 'have a look around' and then followed up with a hysterectomy including removing womb, cervix, ovaries, fallopian, one 14cm mass and one 18.5cm mass plus two fibroids. I have been waiting two years. Does anyone know how long they normally wait

Spotting while on the pill to stop periods - cancer risks??😱
Nothing had showed up on scans last year but spotting came this year (never got a
laparoscopy
). Did anyone get the same experience or is everyone OK with their pills to stop the periods? I'm a bit worried since coughing all the time after the pneumothoraxes and the spotting events. Thanks!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏

Private laparoscopy- back to NHS?
Within weeks I'd had an ultrasound, 2 appointments and booked in for my
laparoscopy
, the consultant was absolutely amazing! They found endo throughout my pelvis, on my ovaries and adhesions on my bowel which were all removed as best as possible.

I am so upset and don’t know where to go from here…
I went to the doctors with 3 months of pain while going for a pee, I have been on two antibiotics and none have worked. So, I made an appointment with the doctor to speak about what to do to help with the pain and find out why it was happening, or so I thought. I went in and her answer was go on the

Pain relief failing - Help!
I had a
laparoscopy
last June where they excised endometriosis from my pouch of Douglas. I was in agony before, so much so I had to take weeks off work (I’m a primary school teacher).

Ovary adhered to uterus
At the moment I’m considering paying for a diagnostic
laparoscopy
privately due to nhs wait times but not sure of costs and will not be able to afford to continue privately if I was diagnosed.

Fibrotic Endometriosis
I have had an absolute joke of an endo journey. To cut a long story short - after years of scans, a coil for 'treatment', pain etc... I finally had a lap 1.5 yrs ago and was told i didn't have it - I had an mri a few months after the lap. The consultant wouldn't show me the report, even though I asked

9 weeks post op, still pain on one side, dark shade around kidney? Also new endometrioma found 😔
So at 6 weeks I posted about pain to one side, I was finally send to SAU yesterday for bloods and an ultrasound, my back is so tender to touch and they have found a dark spot in my kidney area? They don't know what it is but sent me home with a lot of pain killers and the promise of a CT scan to take

Having such a difficult time and not sure what to do
I had a
laparoscopy
in Sept 2021 after years of struggling with pain and periods. The surgeon said (pre op) there was a cyst on one ovary but didn’t think it was endometriosis but would remove and see if it helped.

Ovaries- stay or go?
Hi everyone. After over 30 years of pain and extreme bloating over the last two years, I’ve sadly no other option than to have a hysterectomy, I’ve been told. I’ve only ever had two laparoscopies in 2012. They’re reluctant to remove my ovaries, stating all the health related issues it can cause,

0Fibroids
Hello all, I have Endo & have joined the long line of strong ladies waiting for a laproscopy. I had a scan 2 years ago and they discovered a fibroid. I have attended a webinair with a very interesting consultant regarding the connection between endo & fibroids. I understand that fibroids can grow.

Considerations before a hysterectomy
My consultant who performed my laproscophy said I could have a hysterectomy 1 year after my c section. (Private) I had a tube removed and endometriosis removed in my last lap. I thought there would be other treatments to explore first?! I'm 35. Finished my struggle to get my kids. Am in constant
