Need some advice regarding an appointment with endo specialist

Had a appointment with endo specialist as was dignosed with endo nodule on uterosacral ligament and superficial endo in pouch of dogulas in Nov 2022. Nothing was removed as it was done by a gynae surgeon. I then had mri after lap in Feb this year. This showed fibrotic adhesion from sigmiod to uterus on the right side and left ovary could be attached to uterus. I then had a ultrasound scan done by gp recently and that showed that ovaries wasn't mobile so it was suggestive of adhesions. I mentioned these findings to endo specialist today and he said ignore the scans as adhesions wasn't seen during last surgery. It came across to me that he doesn't think I have adhesions. But I thought endo can cause adhesions? He has put me on the list for excision surgery but now I'm worried to have the surgery with him from what he said today regarding adhesions. Need some reassurance as now he has made me think that this is all in my head. Yet I have increasing pain. Usually pain is lower right nearly daily but sometimes the pain doesn't start till later on in the day but recently have had lower left pain which is new to me
