Laproscopy - question about coedine
I had a laproscopy in October of last year (for removal of a large dermoid cyst from my ovary) Despite my surgeon prescribing me 7 days worth of coedine, the hospital sent me home with only 3.5 days supply (28 x 30mg pills) I was in too much pain despite the coedine, and had to ration myself down to

sleeping post laparoscopy
I had my second lap on the 28th, and I’m recovering well. But am struggling with mid back pain on the left side when sleeping. I can get to sleep fine but I’m waking up in the middle of the night and then can’t get back to sleep. Any advice?

Has anyone been told they found no endometriosis in lap, but ended up having endometriosis and it was missed?
Also, I am not happy in the slightest with the gynaecologist who carried out my
laparoscopy
. He wasn’t an endometriosis specialist as I’ve read up and saw that that can make a difference in the diagnose. Thanks😊

I've been taking 2x desogestrl tablets daily since January and have noticed the past few months cramping but no period, I've had to go to hospital for morphine to calm this, could this mean my endo has grown back even thought i only had a lap in March 22?

I've hit rock bottom and starting to think this is in my head :(
I've received the letter from the consultation and he is putting me forward for a
laparoscopy
. He concluded saying that he might not find anything, or could be severe Endometriosis. I just feel stuck and completely trapped. How can this pain be in my head :( Thank you if you got this far xx

long lasting bleeding
For context, I was diagnosed with endo almost two years ago via
laparoscopy
(I was fortunate enough to be able to go private because I was sick of the medical gaslighting). I was on birth control pills until last year but I got tired of pumping myself full of hormones so came off over a year ago.

should I get laparoscopy?
I have a 4 cm cyst on my left ovary and have been ttc for more than 2 years with no luck! Ivf cycle failed. Should I get cyst removed? Will this improve my chances of getting pregnant?

1 Year Runniversary :-)
Hi all my VRB's. I awoke yesterday morning (2/8/23) to a message on my Forerunner 45 from Mr/Mrs/Ms Garmin themselves. 'Happy 1 year runniversary!' Well I was so chuffed they reminded me as I've been so busy with life I didn't realise it had crept around. What have I achieved in a year? I managed

After lots of test and seeing 2 surgeons I’ve been told I am suitable for key hole surgery Yippee. But because I haven’t got symptoms it’s the watch and

Cyst Found
I had endo in this area in 2016 but when I had a
laparoscopy
back in Nov 2022 they found nothing. However, after a trip to A&E this weekend they found a 18mm cyst, left adnexal area. They said it’s a coincidence and I just have bad IBS.

prostap injections
Hi all, I had my first prostap injection 6 weeks ago and my second injection two weeks ago to help with pain - I’m 33 and my consultant is reluctant to do another lap yet and won’t discuss a hysterectomy until this course of prostap is completed. Initially it felt like the pain was minimising (maybe

PRP to improve ovarian function for IVF
I have stage 4 endometriosis, had
laparoscopy
in 2021, left ovary doesn't really produce, right always has cysts interfering. I've had 8 eggs and 2 transfers with 2 cycles. I just did a stimulation that was cancelled because my body ovulated right before my trigger 🙄.

PMS progressively worse
Hello! I have endometriosis and adenomyosis, and am awaiting my 3rd treatment lap. I am 40 and had 27 years of periods and have noticed my PMS getting really bad. Anxiety, irritability, depression, pain, hopelessness etc, are getting unmanageable: I partly put it down to the fact that I know “what

normal laparoscopy, confused.
hi all, I have been really suffering with endometriosis symptoms for a while and had a diagnostic
laparoscopy
last week. However, my gynaecologist said after the procedure that he saw no endometriosis, and that my pelvis is ‘pristine’. I’m just so confused. Not really sure what to do now.
