....exhausted
Hello. Just joined. Anxiety sufferer & exhausted from it. I meditate, garden, read, use lavender oil, sometimes just focus on my breath.... Anyone wish they didn't have to be medicated to keep it at bay? I know things could be so much worse but some days.... it's just overwhelming. 🙁

"Just singing in the rain" - not anymore, it would start a flare up. It was fascination I know" of the never ending symptoms of MS!. "I Gotta

Extreme Diets.
I define an extreme diet as one that flirts with deficiency of one or more essential nutrients. Sure, one can always take a pill to counter deficiency, but that would detract from the idea of an ideal diet meeting all of the needs of the body. Is there a place for an extreme diet when cancer is present

Rubbish -Leave liothyronine alone, Julie Woods and Simon Stevens should resign
Julie Woods chief Exec NHSCC and Simon Stevens should resign on this statement alone. How dare they suggest there are more cost effective products available than liothyronine. Unless they are referring to T4 of course, which is absolutele pug wash. This article just goes to show their lack of knowledge

Fish oil
Has anyone had success in reducing NSAID intake though the use of high dose fish oil? I think I will ask my rheumatologist about this. I would like to cut back or eliminate NSAIDs but I haven't been able to so far.

Should I go to the physio for knee pain?
I finished couch to 5k in May and was averaging about 3.5K per run, but I had about a month's break after finishing the programme. Over these past 2 weeks I've started to run again, and managed to hit 4.3K last week. I've had knee pain for years and it definitely holds me back when I'm running. I get

improving the chance of successful cardioversion
Hi all, I have had AF for approx. 9 months and am due to have my first DC cardioversion in a few weeks. I am taking amiodarone leading up to the procedure and also on bisisoprolol. I have read that fish oil can improve the chance of success. Does anyone have experience of this and/or know of anything
