Hi Well after the failed attempt at an ablation where the surgeon decided last minute that the arrythmias were too many for treatment under sedation and I would need general I decided that maybe it wasn't for me after all. I have an appointment to see them again on the 2nd July and in the last 6 weeks

Hello everyone, I am trying to be more positive and proactive in gaining control of the pain while I wait for my laporoscopy. I have started taking some supplements which I have read help (turmeric, cod liver oil etc) but have been reading a lot about diet. I am going to try and change a lot of my diet

Dry Mouth, Dry Lips, Dry Eyes, Dry Skin, Eye Floaters And Some Possible Help
Dry mouth is a listed and common symptom of PD, but I think when many PWPs go to see their doctor, it may not be their highest priority to talk to their doctor about it with the other PD symptoms possibly being more prominent in the patients mind. Another consideration is that dry mouth is likely more

Vitamin level results, Hashimoto’s.
Morning, Can the experts just let me know if my vitamin levels are ok. I have Hashimoto’s and I’m on 100mcg of Levothyroxine with a blood test (early morning) planned in a few weeks for an increase. I’m feeling better, but, I’m not 100%, still cold, worn out in the mornings despite sleeping right

Woke up in afib again, converted by exercising. Need some advices.
I woke up in afib again two days ago, this was my 8th episode. I tried running fast to convert and found my heart rate shot up to 228. Kind of scary to see that number but I didn't feel anything but my heart bouncing around. No tiredness, no short of breath, no dizzy feeling. I then stopped for a few

Ok I am doing really good. I started my first injection last week. Now injecting every day, it's kinda fun. ?lol Could this be due to better
absorption? Of B12? Read here that is there is %100 absorption rate? Probably the reason. Irreversible? brain damage/impairment seems to be clearing up. Im out of fish oils too, and I seem to be doing good. Im taking extra things still, and need less, but they seem to be working better? Also, I took

Vitamin therapy
By natural, I mean instead of taking blood thinners like Elliquis, Pradaxa, Xralto, Warafin, You could INSTEAD take things like fish or
krill
oil
, vitamin E, Tumeric, ginger, wormword, etc. Why wouldn’t these more natural things work ? I just wonder about it.

Complete relief from daily pelvic / bladder / lower back pain and fatigue just 2 months after changing diet and using castor oil packs
I was diagnosed with endo in 2011 and have suffered the usual painful symptoms as well as chocolate cysts, and rectal bleeding shortly before my period. Over the years I found that eating very healthily kept many of my symptoms at bay. However, at Christmas I got flu and was very tired for some weeks
