58 years old diagnosed with ET about 15 years ago only on aspirin - appreciate all the posts, things more clear now why I’ve lived with fatigue, headaches, itches etc. has anyone ever tried supplements that reduce platelet production like fish oil, acillin, pomegranate juice or others ?

I was diagnosed in Jan 2018 with ET Jak2, platelets 615-620. I take baby aspirin - and nothing else yet but am tired and achey most days if you find something

Hi, someone posted about the positive effect pomegranate juice only a few weeks ago. The unconcentrated only seems to be available in Waitrose. A shop I do not have access to. I do intend to pursue this avenue further we I return off holiday.
