Medication advice, please!
I have been doing a Nutritional
Ketosis
diet for nearly 3 years now, and although initially I noticed some improvement I have plateaued and now feel like I am getting really sick again. I have Hashimoto's, but my TSH has mostly been 'in range' at around 3.

Still trying to get my food balance right
I'm thinking about buying some keto sticks to see if I'm reaching
ketosis
. My pee smells a bit like tuna which, apparently, can be a good sign (and happened when I went carb free last year). The sticks measure the ketones in your urine to see if your body is breaking down fat for energy.

I think I'm in ketosis wahoo
So I'm trying to do Keto And I think I've hit
ketosis
and super happy. Because of my size and build I've been working at 40/45g carb a day although I know some recommend 20g a day or less I'm only done with day 3 of keto, we shall see how the coming weeks go.

Does body come out of weight loss process
Today is festival for us called Pongal, the main dish is prepared with rice and sugarcane jaggry and ghee (clarified butter) Hmm I couldn't skip had 4 tablespoons 😔 Does our weigh loss stops because of this I remember so diets mentioned body will come out of
