Keppra slow release, possible?
I only started taking Keppra on 22nd September 2018, but I were just wondering if anyone knows if you can get 'Slow Release' keppra, like you can get slow release Tegretol, ie, Tegretol Retard. Thanks in advance.

Hello there! My 23 year old daughter has been diagnosed after 6 years with Myoclonic Epilepsy. The doctor said her EEG was not typical for this diagnose be closely related. She will be going to a Epilitologist for a second opinion. Meanwhile, he put her on a drug called Keppra. My daughter feels worse

Do decreased side effects mean med is not working as well?
My 13 year old has been taking Adderall XR 10 mg for a month. It has clearly been working as she has straight A's right now - which was not the goal and is pretty outrageous! We've been using a little rating scale I found and it seemed the 10 mg was working really well. Recently, I found the side effects

Neurological examination?
I have been informally diagnosed with adhd by my primary and new psychiatrist. I am taking 10mg at adderall xr. All I can say is: Life. Changing. (!) Next step is formal diagnosis with a neurological examination. What is that like? What can I expect? Thank you! I don’t want to worry myself to death

Epilim to Keppra
My wife has terrible shaking with Epilim and through our GP we are trying to ditch the Ep and move on to Keppra. Does one come off the ep entirely? We are on 150mg Lamotrigine, 400mg Epilim and 1000mg Keppra. Would the 400mg Epilim still cause shaking/tremors?

Hello! I am new to this!
Dear Anyone who has suffered from Subarrachnoid Haemorrhage...It is a year ago since I collapsed with SAH aged 46 and ended up at Kings Hospital London who saved my life with coiling. I have made remarkable progress but can anyone here tell me if you they suffer from sudden hours of feeling truly ghastly

ADHD medication and tics
Hi, I am new here and my 8 year old son was recently diagnosed with ADHD. Before he was diagnosed, I noticed that he would have both vocal and motor tics that would come and go. This was on going through the school year. When summer came, we noticed they stopped. We then got the diagnosis and decided

Back to school
My son is 10 and has just started 5th grade. He has struggled with ADHD since he was 4. He is also struggling with what I think might be SPD or anxiety. We are treating him for ADHD and anxiety. He does take medication in the morning that should last at least 7 hours, but he is still struggling

Metabolizing XR quickly
Does anyone have a child quickly metabolizing adderall XR? I thought it was supposed to last 6-8 hours but my 80 pound daughter metabolizes 10XR in less than 6 hours requiring another dose of quick acting after school or worse (because she has no appetite) another extended release. Is the dose too

More control
I have some days clear of fits. Other days I have several slumps, or occasional tonic clonic fits caused by bright light, loud noise or more emotion, both good and bad, roughly 25 times each month. An epilepsy specialist suggested I take more vitamin D after having a blood test. I may notice a trigger

Evening Medication
My 7 year old does very well on 10 mg of focalin XR during the day, but it typically wears off around 3 pm. The doctor said that is fine because it gets her through school. Her grades are fine, but she really struggles during her evening activities to the point of falling so far behind that she may not

12 yo with ADHD, Anxiety
My 12 yo daughter is on Vyvanse. This seems to help, but even with it, she has a lot of defiance, and anger outbursts. She has tried Adderall XR, but this was not lasting beyond a few hours, and she had a lot of obsessive thoughts. with Adderall. Any thoughts on what might work better for her? She has
