I have been informally diagnosed with adhd by my primary and new psychiatrist. I am taking 10mg at adderall xr. All I can say is: Life. Changing. (!) Next step is formal diagnosis with a neurological examination. What is that like? What can I expect? Thank you! I don’t want to worry myself to death over it 😅
