Is there any hope for official test day in 20.3.24 🤞 This is our last try via IVF as I’m 39 in April and I find the IVF negatively affects my mental health.

Hello I have started taking stim drugs for ICSI IVF. I have been injecting ovaleap for 5 days and now have to inject ovamex in the morning and ovaleap at night. The ovamex is a pre filled injection. Did you have to get any air bubbles out of the syringe?

Anyone else had issues with ivf injjections and can offer any advice on how to deal with them. Is there any hope for me to get pregnant

My husband and I will be doing our (4th) egg retrieval next week. Bit concerned that he has gone down with a stomach bug- could this affect his sperm quality?

hello fellow warriors, A quick update: we’ve now decided to move on to IVF with DE, which was hard but at the same time, not hard. Anyway, do any of the ladies who went through a similar situation had their partners do a HERES test?

Lucky enough to have a 6yo from IVF (ICSI) cycle and donor sperm in 2017, was really fortunate that it worked first time. Have consultation next week to discuss using frozen embryos at 44.

I’m on my 2nd round of IVF going through stims currently. Scan on Wednesday shown good growth, follicles around 16-17mm. After taking my bloods they then rang me and said to not take menopur for the next two nights to prevent OHSS as my hormone levels were at 24,000.

Hi all, it has been a long journey of IVF and with mild Adenymyosis at the beginning of Sept I was advised to start a down regulation protocol with Decapeptyl 3.73mg for 3 months + Letrozole 5mg (AM +PM).

hello, we’ve had 4 unsuccessful embryo transfers since having my son who was conceived with ivf on the third transfer. Clinic seems to be indicating egg quality as the issue. Just wondering if anyone has experience of having two children conceived in different ways?

hello, I am on phase 1 of ivf. I took norethisterone as prescribed 3 times a day for like 13 days or something. My last pill was Sunday, today is Wed and still got no bleed? I called my nurse already and she is not worried, as she mentioned bleeding happens within 3-5days.

both my tubes have hydrosalpinx (the left more severe than the right) and my doctor recommended taking both tubes out before starting ivf. Wanted to see if there are any other women going through the same with bilateral hydrosalpinx

It’s my second cycle ivf icsi . First whole cycle failed . now hopping for best IA K! I am still eating my optibac women tablets , pragnacare ,omaga 3 , vitamin e complex . What else’s I have to take. Please guide.

I started my first round of IVF in November and sadly it failed. At my first consultation, my consultant gave me two options - a laproscopy (does this remove some / all of the endo?) or IVF.

We’ve had two cycles of IVF, the first of which produced two early blastocysts which were transferred fresh but didn’t succeed, and the second of which produced two 4BB blastocysts (one of which was transferred fresh but didn’t succeed, and the other is now in the freezer).

(30% or more) Is ICSI an alternative likely to be offered rather than 'normal' IVF due to this level of fragmentation (I'm an NHS patient but paid for the test privately and still to share the results with them) Is ICSI higher risk than IVF when it comes to birth defects/abnormalities etc?

I’m in my 2nd ivf stim cycle and at day 8 of the cycle I had my scan - 2 follicles are already at 18-18.8mm with others following at 12-14mm. The clinic reduced my dosage to 300 and told me to start the antagonist (orgalutran) today..
