I haven't had children but I'm interested in the IUD
I have recently come off the birth control pill Cerelle and I'm looking into getting the copper

instead. Does anyone have any information on this as a lot of people keep telling me I need to have children first but my Nurse was more than happy for me to have it if I wanted too?

Scan and dye
I can not have MRI due to having a ICD Aalso I react to the dye use when you you have CD scan. It causes lower kidney function which happened when I had angioplasty. What else is available to check heart etc

I had a fall
Full length, battered and bruised but unbroken. Stripped pine floors are attractive but not cushioning. I’ve long determined to downsize when Blue shuffles off his doggy coil. There are many attractive apartments for independent over 60s close by. They have emergency alarm cords in case. My current

What does clearing the memory on an ICD mean ?
Hi My husband has VT and due to it being unstable he had an ICD fitted . He has a device by his bed which downloads data as he is having times still where the ICD needs to pace the heart . When he visits the hospital in January he needs to go get the memory cleared. Can anyone shed some light on this

Early pregnancy anxiety
We've just got our first ever BFP after OI IUI and while super excited and shocked I'm also incredibly anxious. I'm getting lots of twinges and mild pains and thinking the worst every time I feel something. Its a few weeks still to go before we get our early scan and not sure how I'm going to cope until

Different pills! Help!
Going to the doctors Monday to try getting a different pill, can anyone advise me on what you found helped. When I was first diagnosed years ago I tried microgynon, the mini pill and cerazette. All of them sent me into an angry, emotional, depressed awful person. I went off hormones for a good few

Bleeding on mini pill
I was diagnosed with endometriosis at the beginning of this year and had a laparoscopy in July (had a large chocolate cyst on my right ovary drained). I didn’t want a coil fitted and opted to try out birth control. I was given Rivegidon which gave me heart palpitations, period pain for a whole month

IUD REMOVAL
On 13/09/19 I had my mirena
IUD
removed as me and my boyfriend have decided we wanted to try for a baby. I only had it for about 5 weeks (sounds silly I know) but then I had a bit of cramping and bleeding on 14/09/19.

Heart Failure or failed myself?
I have final stage heart failure. Had a hole in heart repaired when I was 4 years old and a valve replacement in 1993 at 14 years old. Been ok from that time to a few years ago. Since Sept 2017 my heart has been deteriorating and I’ve been in out of hospital a good 8-10 times. September 2019 I had a

Between 2 appointments, frustration building!
I’ve met a professor of ICC Adult Consultant Cardiology after an echocardiogram where I noted my heart rate was 49-51. Then the ECG took longer as it needed more time to record my heartbeats. Then I get told I’ve got Long QT, not channelopathy. Amiodarone doesn’t help that or me & the bisoprolol needs

Vitex and Myo inositol
Hi I have SLE over the past 9 years. I have PCOD and hormonal imbalance. I am trying to conceive for the past 3 years. But all the treatments failed. I tried IUI also. Now I am planning to take vitex and Myo Inositol supplements to cure hormonal imbalance. Is it good or bad to try them with lupus?

Constant pain but GP says live with it!
I’m sorry to post again but I’m at the end of my tether! I’m going to give a list of symptoms and please let me know what you think as GP has said investigations show nothing so live with the pain. I’ve always had had very heavy, painful periods but my mother told me not to be a baby so I thought it
