Does anyone have stage 4 and not take any meds for it. (Pain killers anti inflammatorys not included) ie mini pill, coil etc are you able to live a normal life without these?

I’m more or less certain I’m stage 4 I have only just started the pill but only because I Need a quick break from ttc and I’m worried about itgrowing before that I wasn’t on any meds

Hi-I do and as I am ttc I’ve not taken anything for 4 yrs- can live a fairly normal life with pain killers when needed however it’s not helping to stop the endo so it’s a catch 22 really .

My wife has stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis. She takes a few over the counter tablets around her period and ovulation. Leads a very Normal life. A few years ago her periods were very painful and she passed out- but her dad was dying at the time. We eventually had her operation 2 months ago so will wait and see. Lots of diet and exercise things can be done to reduce symptoms.
