Buprenorphine
I did wonder also whether it could be a result of the
Iron
Infusion I had last year. I may well be overthinking this but I just want to be prepared in case he does say I have to stop the Buprenorphine. Many thanks.

recently told I have possible heart failure
And am taking
iron
supplements, but have not been consistent with this as I was unable to take them before and after several colostomy’s I’ve had to remove polyps etc. I also couldn’t take
iron
when I was in hospital in August with facial cellulitis due to antibiotics I was on.

Help with results and my doctor
She said until my ferritin gets to 30 its not worth considering other things impacting me as
iron
stores will be causing my fatigue. I've had my results back today with a note from the doctor saying no follow up needed.

Immunoglobulin treatment
And recently my
iron
dropped loads including my folic . My haematologist ran several tests and found that I have a gene that indicates my body attacks it's self so is constantly in a state of inflammation. So I started immunoglobulin treatment.

Advice please- should I increase T3 a little now, as advised by prescriber or do bloods first?
I want to include vitamin d,
iron
and ferritin so the test will be a bit more expensive anyway. What do people think, am I thinking along right lines? Or should I do a levo only test and find a way to make it work - I can live on beans for a bit 😉 As always any wisdom greatly appreciated!

Constantly bleeding / zoladex
I know I don't absorb
iron
well anyway, this is hereditary. I'm seeing a private consultant next month but until then, I keep getting told everything will get better and i feel like my GP is fed up of me complaining. Is this amount of bleeding normal?

Hypothyroidism and weightloss
I am also working in getting my
iron
and b12 levels to optimal but that's not an overnight thing. Has anyone successfully lost the weight they gained when they first got hypothyroidism? I am so unhappy at the weight I am now and it's impacting my physical health.

Previous enlarged nodule, mnth later sore throat?
I have done a month of vit D , month of B12, first active
iron
25mg, still on it and 2 weeks of b complex but had to come off it for reasons of mad flushes due to niacin and crazy weight gain, restless legs, insomnia and anxiousness.

Dr Berkowski Article on Dopamine Agonists Oct '23.
This means pregabalin and gabapentin often don't work for us, nor do
iron
infusions. It may be helpful to show your GP or neurologist, especially if they keep insisting dopamine agonists are first line treatment in the UK, with no known side effects!

Hypothyroidism & Test Result help Plz
I’ve just started taking the Ferrous Sulphate 200 mg every other day for
Iron
because I do think I’m still low even though it now says it’s normal on the last test ? I didn’t start the tablets until after the blood test.

Partners ALP gradually increasing.
Additionally, he ironically is currently anemic after having too much
iron
taken and has Angular Cheilitis. He was taking Vit B12 to try and help this but again I'm concerned as he hasn't checked vitamins with docs as not seeing him until November.
