Rocco.... 💙💪🏻
So far.... Rocco is now on hourly feeds of 2mils and goes up every 24hours, he has had to have a blood transfusion as they are testing his blood so often. he’s had the line in his belly button taken out, he’s still off the insulin, they are reducing his ventilation and in the next few days taking him

Hello everyone. Once again I am asking the forum for help to interpret my new blood results. I see I have to cut down on the Vit B12 and also the Magnesium oil I am using. I have an appointment with the dr. in two days time to discuss if she has found a sympathetic endo, so would appreciate any comments

Diabetes: don't even think about trying to fix it
As many of you low-carb freaks know, it's not all about weight loss: there's a steadily-increasing mountain of research on diabetes and heart disease that points the finger of blame at excessive carbohydrate intake. There are, of course, plenty of detractors who insist that this can't possibly be true

Medical Revolution Glucose Spike
Very informative video. A must watch. Blood sugars should not rise above 140 any time. So, instead of 2 hr. ppbs, check blood sugars at one hour. Higher than 140 blood sugars suggests insulin resistant. https://youtu.be/8MOaZJFsl00

Insulin Response: It Comes from Eating Protein Too
“While high protein, virtually no-carb foods like meat and eggs are low on the glycemic index, they measure high on the insulin index. In other words, while the meat and eggs didn't cause a spike in blood sugar the way most carbohydrates do, they do result in a significant rise in insulin.” https://

Hi All, I have type 2 diabetes with HBA1C of around 7.0. I am 46 with 25 BMI. I manage to get my sugar level under control through lifestyle and exercise etc. Recently I got my insulin tests done based on a friend's advice. Fasting levels were 8.2 and the after meal was 35. They do fall in the acceptable

Best Bites to Boost Low Blood Sugar...
The Hypoglycaemia ,low blood sugar is a diabetic complication that needs to be treated quickly. Here is what to munch on if your blood sugar dips — whether you are at home or on the go. If you are in the mall, shopping with friends, chatting and having a great time when suddenly

Animal Test & Stak supplements affects on blood glucose in T1 diabetic
Has anyone else with T1 diabetes done a cycle of Test & Stak together? I’m getting some crazy high BG numbers at the moment and am wondering if the supplements could be causing it. There could be other reasons like additional protein (I follow a keto diet), which I have increased over the last couple

Choose wisely
If your are a diabetic, try to have your doctor prescribe insulin rather than other medications. The other medications are cheaper and usually your first choice when you have insurance, but these are so toxic that you will eventually have kidney failure. This is something pharmaceuticals don't want
