I was very irregular after I miscarried, my first period took 66 days to arrive, then 24, usual cycle is 32 but I conceived again before it evened out. A friend of mine also miscarried and 7 months later she is still having erratic cycles. It can take a while to get back to normal!
Apologies I’m so slow in replying. Period finally arrived on Thursday 39days from the last period. I’m just glad it arrived as I wasn’t able to start new contraceptive until it did and the fear of falling pregnant right now again.. thanks Jenna!
Glad to hear that it’s worked out the way you wanted! It can be a stressful enough time without the added worry of waiting for your period. Sorry again for your loss but fingers crossed everything goes well for you in the future!
Hey there Emma! How are you? I have had the same issue as well. I had three miscarriages and it was different each time. I kept getting my period for 40 days the first time. The second time I got my period for around 10 days. After my third miscarriage, I stopped getting regular periods. It was different every month. I don't think you should worry too much. It varies for every single woman.
Hey there Taylor. Thanks so much for replying! I’m good thank you. The period eventually arrived on day 38 days post last cycle. I’m just glad it arrived at all as not wishing to conceive again at present anyway. I’ve started a contraceptive which will regulate a monthly cycle, without the actual ovulation. Sorry to hear about your losses, I hope your are well however x
Hey there! I am happy that it arrived on the 38th day. Yeah, I've been on contraceptives as well. They do regulate the period. I would suggest being on a healthy diet with contraceptives. Some of them have really bad side effects. I remember gaining weight and excessive hair growth with it. I'd suggest do your research on the ones you're using. xx
