Help with results please
Any thoughts on this blood work please l am currently taking adrenal support and thyroid support. l feel good really although not firing on all cylinders, sometimes low energy, a bit moody have dreadful insomnia. Lastly does anyone know if this insulin level is high my friend is 15 from the same lab.

High-Fat, Low-Carb Diet
There hardly is a week a member comes along asking about diet and gets "served" high-fat, low-carb diet. Like everything, the extremes are always dangerous and even though such a diet might have helped some, there is also ample room for mishap and problems. Why not simply let everyone "google" for it

Hi Just wanted to know if someone else has developed diabetes due to all the medication you are on for your lupus. I was on tablers but they've now put me on insulin because they can't control my blood sugars. If so has anyone had any improvements with the diabetes Thank you

I am new here. my age is 51 and having diabetics type 2 for the past 5 yrs. For the first two yrs I could control with metformin alone (500mg) after 2 yrs I could not control. Glimipride, Sitagliptin, Voglibose are of no use. Doctor prescribed piglitazone(Tripride).It helped to reduce Blood sugar but

BS not reducing with insulin.
I am 54 yes . with diabetes since 11 yes. With insulin since 3 yrs.Was tskinl Insuman combo 15 and 12 units . control was good 102/ 165. Fell down 6 moths back . fractured tibia fibula . nursing homecsaid sugar was 330 . prescribed novarapid 30 + 30 +30, sugar not at all down. Now changed to actrapid

Insulin not bringing down BS levels.
I am 54 year old . diabetic since 11 years . on insulin since two years . Was using Insuman combo 15 +12 units . Sugar was in control but six months back I fell down and fractured my tibia and fibula . doctor told me my sugar was more than 330 . I was shocked . it was in 102 and 160 range fbp and pp.
