Pernicious Anaemia sufferer for 11 years, now experiencing severe Iron deficiency anaemia. Type 1 insulin dependent diabetic for 50 years.
Hi, I have 3 monthly B12 injections. I eat red meat and green veg. I have had recent blood tests that indicate I am extremely low in iron stores in my body and iron levels in my blood. I experience typical symptoms; tinnitus, itching skin but the worst is extreme tiredness. I work full time as a teacher

Following Twitch's reply to the "little difference of opinions" Activity and i had about whether Twitch had type 1 or type 2, it turned out she has.... 1.5. Taaaadaaaa both where right, sort'a, was my first reaction. But, what is LADA, type 1½? As the spelled out name indicates, it is autoimmune,

Vinegar and Diabetes, Do's and Don'ts
The limited available research suggests that vinegar taken before a meal may lower blood glucose from 20% to 33%.[10,12] The response may depend on the type of glucose load—that is, a more pronounced response with a high-glycemic vs low-glycemic meal or glucose-containing beverage.[11,14] Large amounts

He feels that high Insulin be more responsible than high BS! What is the "opinion" of members/experts. After all is it not the "opinion" of yesterday that becomes
