Hello I am having type 2 diabetes since last 12 years. Dr advised Insulin. once i have started insulin then i will be use for whole life or can be I came back on tablet

What are your latest FBS,PPBS,RBS and HbA1c?

No in fact many have tapered off their insulin dosing as while on insulin the pancreas get good rest and rejuvenates somewhat. I have myself reduced my dosage with moderate LCHF diet. it entirely depends on your diet, activity and maybe stress levels.

Taking insulin and continuing taking high carbs doesn't give rest to pancreas. On the contrary if you are taking insulin you have to take more carbs to prevent hypoglycemias.

One can definetly get rid of insulin shots if manages well by idm and exercise.

Get your reports done. Go for lchf or any other low carb diet plans and get rid of not only insulin but also medicines.
