Hi. I started fostair 200/6 about 6 weeks ago after becoming unsettled on fostair 100/6. I had no problems with 100/6-no side effects and found it settled my asthma quite well for a while. Even though I do over 2 hours lung drainage every day (1 hour morning , 15 mins afternoon, then another hour evening) I still get a tickling sensation and mucus left in the lungs - particularly the left lung which is the worst one. It means I am grunting for much of the day. Annoying for me and my

Symbicort 400, Warfarin, Lung function test query
I was diagnosed with multiple bilateral pulmonary embolism last Nov. Feeling OK but not as energetic as I used to be. I undertook a lung function test a couple of months ago and got the results when I went to see specialist on Wednesday. He told me he'd put me on Symbicort 400 inhaler as my airways are

Managing trial seasonal reduction of inhaler
Good morning! Summers, for me, are such a relief compared to wintertime. I don’t do well with the cold (and damp?) weather. Thus I have agreed with a GP that it would be good to reduce my inhaler now it is warm again. He suggested it after a lung function test which he interpreted as me having mild asthma

I have switched from Qvar to Fostair. Do I have to experience side effects even though I have used other inhalers in the past?

CT scan results
Hi all, I had a CTPA on 27th May and have just seen the results (or radiologists comments) - lung parenchyma generally of increased density, compatible with a semi-expiratory scan acquisition. Minor atelectasis in the lingula. No other significant lung leision or other pathology demonstrated. Normal

Help with Thyroid labs please
Hello, I’ve been feeling awful for 3 years and am trying to figure out why. I’ve recently gotten test results back regarding thyroid and would love some input. I’m not on thyroid meds. Symptoms are brains fog (worst one!), tiredness, severe short term memory loss, sensitive to light and dim places, sound
