Hi, I was diagnosed with a folate deficiency 2 months ago so have been taking tablets for that. When I had the blood test that diagnosed it, I had a B12 level of 167. I have recently for the past few months been having pins and needles a lot, slight numbness in my toes, tiredness, brain fog like being

B12 and Ferritin
Hello again all! I finally remembered to get my actual ranges from results for my B12 and Ferritin which were taken on 28th Feb. My TSH at that time was 6.26 and since then (yesterday) Iโve started Levo on 50mcg a day (was also positive for TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies). I got more bloods taken today

Question about b12 deficiency
Hello Just looking for some advice. My husband was diagnosed with very low b12 about a year or so ago. Took ages to get GP to agree to even test him. He was then given the loading dose jabs over a few months then tested after 6 months which came back within normal range so they stopped all b12 jabs

I actually already take prescribed iron and have done for past couple years maybe longer. Had iron deficiency on off

Hi all! I had my 6 week check up with my internal medicine doc and my concern this week was that my iron was borderline (12, range is 11-34). I take 28mg bisglycinate as maintenance but I have had shortness of breath and numbness return with slight anxiety. I am still having 3 injections every week

Vitamin d
I have noticed my thyroid levels are down in winter and wonder if this is connected to a lack of vitamin d?

Vitamin B12 Injections
Hi I am considering self injecting B12. I am currently taking 5mg folate each day as I was diagnosed deficient. I have suffered fatigue for many years and just feel so exhausted today. I am taking oral B12 (the spray) and feel so much better after I have taken it. I don't want to rely on supplements

Vitamin B12 - where in the range should it be?
This is something I haven't properly explored before. Had a full blood count test done at the GP surgery last week and got the result online via the surgery website. I usually copy and paste the results into a Word doc and keep them in a folder which I did last week, but apart from looking at my thyroid
