Need to slightly adjust meds, advice on whether I do T4 or T3 please.
Hello all, I’ve been reading a lot on this forum and picked up some excellent advice already. I have Hashimoto’s, it’s in our family (joy!). I take Thyroxine and recently have added T3 (Thybon Henning) as I see a private endo. This has made a huge difference. When I was on Thyroxine only, I was plodding

Medication I have found successful
After realizing that
Imuran
helped with the Otezla, I asked my doctor to allow me to try
Imuran
alone in order to avoid the depression caused by the Otezla. She allowed me to do so.

Migraines and Allodynia
I’ve always suffered with severe migraines (always end up in A&E) but not too often once every 1-2 years but lasted 2 weeks until I got IMIGRAN Nasal Sprays. However over the past 12 months I’ve been getting cluster more milder migraines. Over the last 6 months I can’t even tie my hair up without triggering

90% improvement with STOPPING HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL
Once my hormones have had a few months to balance I will try going off
Imuran
, as it seems it works better to support my body with supplements and lifestyle than to hamper it with drugs!

Newly diagnosed. Needing help please.
I'm just starting
Imuran
on a gradual 2 week increasing dose and prednisone 50-75 mg daily. My urticarial vasculitis is not controlled at all and I have acute angioedema and look and feel like roadkill. I itch all over, inside and out. It's having a huge impact on my life.

Arava side affects?
I was in
imuran
for a few years and it helped with joint and tendon swelling until I was hospitalized with pancreatitis and they discontinued. Then went to mtx injections and my bowels and stomachs did not tolerate that well so they stopped that.

Widespread Clotting despite High INR: Adandondment of Warfarin being advised: Begin instead begin IV Cytoxan, Antiplatet, and DOAC -
Then see how often we need to revisit that with the less aggressive oral drugs like
Imuran
or methotrexate.

AOSD and RA with Atypical Lympho
I took
Imuran
for 15 days before I got the lab test. I really hope everyone in this community who knows well about the relation of AOSD & RA with Atypical Lympho can share me more informations. 1. Is Atypical Lympho same with Atypical Lymphocytes? 2. Can it develops to cancer?

My ESR and CRP were in normal range after I took
Imuran
for 14 days. Thank God it finally worked for me. But MCV and MCH were still under the normal. Hb was 11.7, Hematocrit 35.1. BUN and Urea were also under the normal with eGFR was 110.

Need advice on new GP please!
My last doctor (back in Mexico City where I was living) sent me here with a lot of Plaquenil and
Imuran
but I feel like I need to get into the NHS system in case I get a flare up or need to have some blood tests done.
