Bad night: worried about electrolyte imbalance, need support & reassurance
For the past couple of days, I've been worrying about my water intake and having too much or too little sodium and potassium. Now, it's all come to a head tonight and I'm starting to panic, as well. I realize my anxiety is only making things worse, but I am actually concerned about this: I don't consume

Struggling with FND diagnosis
Hi everyone, I’m very glad to have found this site! I was diagnosed with FND at the end of January so this is all very new to me. To give you some background I have a very complex set of medical conditions- I have Cystic Fibrosis and underwent a successful double lung transplant in 2012, so I am immunosuppressed

Help! At my wits end. 10 weeks of diarrhoea no resolution, should I get another opinion?
Imodium
, cocodamol etc make absolutely no difference. Pepto Bismol has helped slightly but can only take for a couple of days I’m exhausted, and don’t know what to do. If anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them. X
