Melanoma stage 3C
I had one node that was cancerous which led me to starting the Opdivo
immunotherapy
treatment. I’ve been on it for 9 months and I will be done in June! I’ve had clear scans all the way through.

HPN 424 (Harpoon) Trial
I know of 1 person starting this
immunotherapy
trial. Has anyone on this site been participating in it? I am resistant to Xtandi and chemo (taxotere and cabazitaxel) no longer working. Looking for that last hope.

Would one of these be necessary for those of us who have melanoma and are being treated with

What a ride..
We don't have a set date for her to resume
immunotherapy
since she has to be tapered off of the steroids. The decadron is actually really helping her with weight gain. She has lost about 30lbs since January, at her lowest was 102lbs. Shes now back up to about 114lbs.

is well in his system so it’s not like he’s going cold turkey with nothing. And at the end of the day if shit hits the fan, we have left over Taf/Mek in our fridge. Just venting y’all.......

Brain lesions
We are trying to stay positive considering they found the lesion before it got much bigger, but still worries me that the cancer has spread further despite the
immunotherapy
treatments. Has anyone else experienced this disease metastasizing to the brain? Or radiation to the brain?

Concerns about Avastin
Because of recurrence, I have been on
immunotherapy
for the past four months. CA125 has risen, so it’s probably not working. Doc suggested adding Avastin. Has anyone taken these two together for recurrent cancer? I’m questioning my decision to start it or to take chemo again. Please help..❤️

I had a lung biopsy testing for CP1 and that came up as zero, so I was told
immunotherapy
was also a 'no go' for me.

What side effects can we expect from Nivo?
Hi all My son will start Nivo soon. What side effects did people experience and did side effects get worse over time ? So thankful that these immunotherapies exist but it is a bit scary going into it. Thanks for your help.

We’ve been blaming the
immunotherapy
drugs. There’s an illness called Breast Implant Illness that I may have mentioned in here before, that causes all of these symptoms plus many more.
