Treatment Decision
Before treatment my oncologist said no surgery, but
immunotherapy
was preferred treatment. My PDL-1 tested 0. A thorastic surgeon, pre treatment, said surgery a good option. After much reading I see 3A surgery is a very controversial subject.

Some how a new
immunotherapy
flew RIGHT under my nose.. they are doing clinical trials with Taf/Mek right now. Available in 7 locations. Excepts patients that are wild type as well. If anyone ever comes across new treatments please share. I’m sure all of us would appreciate it!

Seeking guidance
I've no idea whether or not to take a risk and attend my MRI and CT scans scheduled at the hospital for next week, plus I have
immunotherapy
(pertuzumab and trastuzumab/Herceptin) plus denosumab/Prolia scheduled at the hospice this Friday, preceded by bloods at home the day-after-tomorrow, and portacath

After treatment of Lutitium
Then we tried
immunotherapy
didn't work for us. Then estrogen which was a disaster for my husband. And then we knew about lutitium and we were happy to find it in India, of course we pay for it. We did 4 shots. After the first two the PSA has gone dramatically down.

Intro
I’ve been on a number of clinical trials and have been waiting to participate in an
immunotherapy
trial with Olaparib and Keytruda. I had proton therapy as first line treatment but cancer returned 18 months later in 2015.

Immunotherapy trial question
Hi he trial doc says he hat the
immunotherapy
can have all sorts of side effects and sounds almost as scary. It’s two drugs, one intravenous every three weeks and a tablet every day. Has anyone had
immunotherapy
and what has been your effects.

NEPC Treatment Update
He completed 2 cycles of just
immunotherapy
(tecentriq), when it happened. The cancer grew. New lesion on the liver. New lymph node completely obstructing the right kidney. All previous stable lymph nodes increased in size.

Help with next steps please
I know hospice is around the corner and we are also waiting phone calls on a couple of
immunotherapy
trials. My question is there anything left to try at this point? Our son graduates from high school in four months and my husband would like to be here for this.

Keytruda Immunotherapy Update
After running through pretty much most of the available SOC, I got a Hail Mary with a genetic test indicating I was MSI-H (micro satellite instability high) and thus approved for Pembrolizumab. After 4 cycles (12 weeks) of Pembro (Keytruda) my PSA went from 86 to undetectable: < 0.01. Just started cycle

Last week i had a Pet CT scan and it shows complete metabolic response i.e. no FDG uptake. My largest lesion which wss on the left ureter has shrunk to a small fraction of its

I do have a question for caregivers who have significant others that have been through
immunotherapy
.. I do skin checks on Ryan more than I’d like to admit lol.. but mostly for lymph nodes.

What to do next for treatment
The two main options he is talking about include a PARP inhibitor the first one is a UCLA trial in conjunction with
immunotherapy
(Katruda). The other is just the PARP inhibitor.

Scans set for next week and we just met with a doc at Karmonos in Detroit who has several
immunotherapy
trials and is seeing where my husband may benefit most.

Any one experienced with Envita Medical Center
I've been reading the info on the Envita Medical Center in Arizona and they seem to be focused on
immunotherapy
and other individually determined treatments. Any one have any experience with them? Thanks.
