Very worth listening to for potential immunotherapy treatments on PC (from my oncologist Dr Mark Scholz). I’d love to hear what the braintrust here thinks about all this

Good primer Schwah. Have you had either Provenge of Keytruda yet? As I recall you are not yet resistant
Thank you for posting this. I listened to the entire podcast with interest, having had Provenge last September-October.
One thing that was not mentioned is that the NCCN guidelines do NOT recommend Provenge for patients with mets in lymph nodes. I haven’t tracked down the basis for this mid-2019 update in the NCCN guidelines. Any updates would be appreciated.
What kind of response did you have to the Provenge?

Working for me and records and publications indicate I may very well be the sole responder worldwide for MPC4 on Pembrolizimab Checkpoint Inhibitors for 4 yrs currently and in Complete Durable Clinical Remission after 47 infusions.
I'm on Keytruda (Pembrolizimab) for my lung melanoma and it's working...
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

My PSA went from 86 to undetectable in 4 infusions of Keytruda. An MSI-H marker on a genetic test made me eligible for this. I felt better so fast, if was like flipping a light switch. I hope to join the ranks of Hotrod 65 in the clinical remission club.
