Look at table 2. I believe "Acinar adenocarcinoma" is the "common" type of PCa.

If you look at your biopsy results, it should list the type of cancer that was found in your cores.

As I understand it, you can have mixed types, and in addition to that they can evolve over time.

Further on in that article, it goes on to explain rarity. I think the important question is which subtypes respond to SOC/ADT vs. Not.

Using the most recent pathology report and results of scans get in touch with the people running the trial and they will tell if your cancer could qualify .

Small cell prostate cancer is listed, they also list Stage IV Prostate Cancer AJCC v8,. I believe everybody here may qualify for this trial.
