Is there more that one type of IUD? If so, what are their pros and cons for each each ?

Feeling lost ...
I never write on these types of things as reaching out is a big thing for me, but today I am completely at a loss. Zoladex vs merina coil vs surveillance MRI
I have stage 4 endo with a few laparoscopies and laser treatment. I want to avoid surgery (as I’m full of adhesions) and have been offered zoladex to try or merina coil (no idea why but coil petrifies me as it’s so painful even having a smear!). Last time I had the progesterone implant it negatively

Periods won’t stop , advice please
Hi , I’m hoping people can give me some advice . I suffer from endo, pcos and adenomyosis . I had a period that lasted nearly 3 months, very heavy with clots. I went to A&E in the end and was prescribed medication to stop the bleeding . However as soon as the course of meds finish, the bleeding starts

Ocd
I switched from Sertraline to Wellbutrin. I didn't think it was affecting me negatively but didn't want to take any chance in my search to lessen my RLS symptoms. But I think Sertraline helped depression but also OCD tendencies. What is the best OCD med for a person with RLS too ?

MRI 3T results
This looks pretty damn good. Not sure if I am reading this right but it appears they can not find my cancer any more and my Prostate has shrunk from 150cc to 74cc. "PI-RADS 2 - Low probability of cancer (Clinically significant cancer is unlikely to be present)" My MRI in July 21 was rated PI-RADS -5.

Micro vascular angina
My
ICD
has recorded a couple episodes of VT, but of real concern. He's added Ezetimibe to my cocktail as my cholesterol shot up to 6.6 recently with no change to my diet. I'm hoping this might, overtime, reduce the angina symptoms.

Endo , mirena or post covid issues? Any advice!
Bit of a long one so please bare with me! I finally got my first UK diagnosis in January 2022 - I was diagnosed in 2015 but that was when I was living in Cyprus and it was an emergency surgery due to internal bleeding from a ruptured cyst. So endometriosis wasn't really explored, she just told me after

Anxiety about driving after ICD op
It's been nearly six weeks since I've had my
ICD
fitted. I have my check on December 13th which will make it 8 weeks post op. I have had a few issues since it's been fitted. Just wondering if anyone felt anxious about getting back behind the wheel of their car.

Struggling with Premenstrual Symptoms & Hypothyroidism
Apart from the standard advice, is there any way to manage PMS? Is there a link between the severity of PMS and hypothyroidism? I've always had irregular periods, even before I developed Hypo. I'd always have to miss 1-2 days of school at the start of my cycle due to the severity of the symptoms. I went

I had very successful surgery for stage 4 endo in 2019, since then I’ve tried merina coil and cerazette mini pill and neither work for me, I bled constantly on both. In between trying them both last year I had 6 months of irregular super heavy periods, 63 days was my longest cycle. I had some menopausal

Nothing found in Lap.
Hi Guys, I went for my Lap in Aug 2021 and came back all clear. Prior to my Lap I was on prostap for 6 months from Nov 2020 - May 2021 and hadn't had a period until Feb this year 2022. My flare ups only happen a week before my period. I wrote a post on here expressing my worry that they wouldn't find
