Náusea and Malaise

Does anyone know the cause of the nausea, malaise, and brain fog? I'm taking only 140 mg of ibrutinib for 3 months and I don't feel better... no appetite in The morning, I feel nervous too, any remedy? Thx.

Did you have covid? Can it be long covid? Also is your hemoglobin level okay?

Everything is ok in my labs.

3 months with a low dose. 3 years in treatment with high and medium doses, 7 seven years diagnosed and all these symptoms started just before the first diagnosis. The tests are in order, CLL controlled, but I don't feel well many days or many hours a day.
