Struggling so much and don't know where to turn
I've finly for a referral to a new gynae and am.booked in for a
hysteroscopy
in a few weeks. Recently...I've found my symptoms have worsened dramatically. Last month I was bed bound when I had my period. Despite a lot of pain relief...I could not move without feeling like I was going to pass out.

Hysteroscopy - can anyone else identify with this Daily Mail article?
I had this done and I know now that it was an unnecessary procedure for me to have done. It was done prior to my laparoscopy. It was the most painful thing I have ever had done and I would NEVER have it done again without an anaesthetic of some kind. At the time, I felt as though the doctor who did it

Is this all normal?
I had: Laparoscopy to remove cyst; colposcopy,
hysteroscopy
, biopsy, cryotherapy, and lasor treatment. I was in surgery for over 2 1/2 hours. When I came round, i was wheeled into a day ward. No-one spoke to me. I was in so much pain in my shoulder, ( which I knew to expect), but also in my chest.

Newly diagnosed with endo
I have finally got to bottom of it and was diagnosed with endo and just had a
hysteroscopy
and womb ablation three weeks ago. I now have a womb infection and chest infection and bleeding constantly. Has anyone else experienced this? I am at my wits end.

I have been taking prostap for the last 2 months together with hrt. I had a lap last year and diagnosed with endo. I am in constant pain
He did blood tests on my hormones which shows the prostap worked and so has done a
hysteroscopy
to check for polyps etc but found nothing and removed the womb lining at the same time.

Severe Endo & Hysteroscopy? Maybe a strange question but has anyone had a Hysteroscopy who has severe Endo.
My doctor has said this will be painful on an out patient clinic and I will need sedation yet my hospital says take a paracetamol, which is ridiculous as I take high dose of pain killer anyway for the Endo pain. I am worried that this will be painful.

now what?
really really fed up now, had a lap and
hysteroscopy
on Tuesday, nothing abnormal found, tissue taken for testing, testing what?? Mirena coil inserted to stop periods. I just don't know how I can go on and on with the horrendous pain and absolutely nothing wrong with me...it's just horrendous.

newly fitted Mirena coil...not feeling great...need some reassurance
I had mine fitted just under a week ago during a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
. I feel awful. I am really tearful and 'hormonal' and generally feeling under the weather.

More time off work ... What to do?
Hello everyone To cut a long story short I'm waiting for my second lap and
hysteroscopy
, hopeful due on the next couple of weeks. Was diagnosed with endo back in May last year. I've recently cut wheat from my diet and what a difference it's made... Until recently.

Recovery after Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy. Does thyroid slow the recovery time ?
I had key hole surgery last week. its been 6 days and I am so exhausted and still in a lot of internal pain. I ache from my appendix area to under my rib cage, as they also put a camera inside to checked appendix and gall bladder for endometriosis. Apart from not being able to lay flat to sleep yet,

Mirena Coil fitted on the 2nd Dec...Still bleeding!?
So like most people on here, I was diagnosed with Endo just 1 month after my 20th birthday through Laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
. The endo was removed during my surgery and the mirena coil was fitted at the same time.

Endometriosis treatment advise!
Pills did not help so then OB says he thinks I have endo and said it was probably triggered from difficult delivery and we did laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
. Confirmation of endo and removal of tissue from overy to Colin was removed I was diagnosed with moderate endo.

Colonoscopy or laparoscopy???
Hi ladies, have been reading posts lately and am due in on 21st jan for lap and
hysteroscopy
. my question is whether you need to have a colonoscopy to get a diagnosis of endo on the bowel? if its on the bowel will they not see this in a laparoscopy?

Having hysteroscopy with laparoscopy
Have just received the letter from the hospital with my day case surgery date, thought I was having a lap but apparently also having a
hysteroscopy
. Does this add to the recovery time and after pain? Had a lap before but just on its own. Thanks.

I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on 18/12/13 and the wounds seem to be heading well, two of the incisions are a little Red around the
Edges but otherwise ok. I am getting pain in my chest and have a slight rattly cough and also pain in the right side of my pelvis (endo not removed from right side) I had a cyst removed from inside my left ovary, my uterosacral ligaments and adhesions removed that were sticking my ovary, bowel and uterus

Dilema : private lap or wait for NHS? I have been on a waiting list for several months now for a diagnostic lap & hysteroscopy. Getting fed
up of waiting so I checked today to see if I could have the proceedures done privately as an NHS patient. I can which is great but the problem is that the private hosp is much further away which means a lot of difficulty getting to appoints - I work full time & dont have any AL left :-( so I'm in a bit
