Hysteroscopy

Hello, I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy 4 weeks ago. I have two questions really, how long should I expect to wait to here from consultant? I was told I would have it in writing what they found. Consultant did come and see me just as I came round but I can’t remember what she said.

I've finally had a hysteroscopy which showed nothing wrong 🤣 don't mean to sound ungrateful but I was sooooo hoping something will come out and explain all my struggles in the last 7 years 🤣 So all good to go for a transfer in May wohooo.

We've done blood NK tests, uterine NK, hysteroscopy, EMMA / ERA / ALICE, endometrial scratch, hycosy, thyroid, lots of other blood tests. I read all these studies about how you have a 95% success rate with 3 euploid embryos. Why is it not working for us? What are we doing wrong?

I had my hysteroscopy today and the consultant doing it explained that I need a CT scan to look at other things around the cyst and to see if other problems the USS did not pick up.

So I'm fuming about this as I need an hysteroscopy to remove the polyps and who knows if this has been what's caused the failures. But anyway I digress back to the NK. And info greatly received.

Hi guys, Sadly my hysteroscopy/laparoscopy on 14th March was postponed 6 weeks due to the junior doctors strike (which I actually really support!). So I'm back to just tracking my cycle whilst I wait. Weirdly I'm on day 21 and I still haven't ovulated.

I am sticking at 1 for the time being as have a gyne appt Sat morning. ( a hysteroscopy- not with anaesthetic, just to replace a progesterone coil to protect the lining of the womb ) have had it before but looking forwards to getting it over and done!

After 4 transfers failed 2 end up in miscarriage and two double transfers with tested embryos failed now is time to move to do immunology blood test which next week they will tell me what I need to check and also I need to do hysteroscopy.

Hi everyone, I’m due to have a Hysteroscopy next week, and I’m currently having my egg retrieval withdrawal bleed now. Please can someone advise on when I would have a FET done? Ive been told it’s 4 weeks? Is that 4 weeks from egg retrieval or 4 weeks after hysteroscopy? Thank you xx

Referral to hysteroscopy, polyp growth found, removed, biopsies and benign results. Few weeks later an endometrial ablation to control the thickened endometrium. No mention at all in all I've had about endometriosis.

So yet ANOTHER spanner in the works, my clinics now want me to have another diagnostic hysteroscopy done. “Ringing the GP for a gynae referral” like they suggested is not an option. With the way the NHS is going at the moment I will have died of old age before that ever materialises.

Their main concern was the thickened endometrium which they’ve ordered a hysteroscopy and a biopsy for. I’m just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything similar? While I was in hospital I ended up needing morphine to manage my pain.

Meanwhile my hysteroscopy showed a benign polyp. So I was blindsided when at my review he told me I had probable mucinous OC and at best a borderline ovarian tumour. I've now been referred for a CT chest, abdomen and pelvis with a hysterectomy, oophrectomy, appendix and ommentum removal booked.

Hi guys, I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy 9 days ago to see if the docs could figure out why I was having recurrent miscarriages. Still waiting on my follow up to discuss the findings but I wanted to get peoples advice on exercise.

I wanted to let everyone know what a good result and excellent treatment I had at my local hospital Queen Elizabeth Woolwich yesterday during a Hysteroscopy under anaesthetic in the Day Care Unit. I have been on Pred for just 3years began on 15mg and am currently taking 5mg.

Am getting a hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on 14th March to check it and to rule out any cysts, fibroids , endo, endometrial hyperplasia, hydrosalpinx and other things.

I haven't posted in a while but I'm always around reading your stories and praying to God we all get out miracles asap 😁😁😁 I'm still following my new years resolutions one of which is of course dieting and exercising 😁😁😁 Let's see how long will that one last this time 😁🫣 I'm awaiting for a hysteroscopy

I’m now almost a week late for my second post miscarriage and I need to have a hysteroscopy, which I can’t book until my period starts. I’m 46 but have always been regular. Should I be worried?

Hey all I’m at a private clinic in London and they said they usually want patients to do a hysteroscopy on first week of stims prior to ivf. I’m not sure about whether to have this done or not.

I had a scan which showed a polyp so I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to check my tubes last February. They removed the polyp and found grade 1-2 endometriosis which was removed. We were told to try for another 6 months but after no success we were told IVF we would be our only option.
