Advice please - Hysteroscopy
Hello, I wanted to ask your advice... I am waiting to start my next IVF cycle but it's been suggested by a doctor not at the clinic it could be beneficial to have a hysterectomy. My last cycle ended in miscarriage and I wonder if anyone had one & found it beneficial? I feel like most issues would have

Shall I go for the laparoscopy? Terrified!
She has suggested I can have a laparoscopy &
hysteroscopy
to help improve my chances of conceiving by 15% each month. However, she said I have a 50% chance of conceiving without surgery. she said she can check my tubes whilst I'm under. I'm terrified of going under general anesthesia.

Endometrial hyperplasia...anovulatory cycles... ovaries too high...AMH 1.8...age 39.... Any words of hope?
Would be so grateful if anyone is able to offer thoughts...am hoping to start IVF but had a
hysteroscopy
and scan yesterday (not started any treatment yet) and was told could barely visualise ovaries as they were so high.

Prostap injections/Adenomyosis
The oncology gyny did
hysteroscopy
as they suspected endometrial cancer as seen what they said was a black area possibly a blood clot? Got all clear thankfully but then went to normal gyny for further investigation, this unfortunately like everyone was a phone consultation so short and brief.

Disappointing after spending more $$$$.
So December I went for
hysteroscopy
and it was successful. So they booked me for Embryo transfer on Jan 29th oh Lord finally. Before my transfer I have asked them heaps of time is it gonna be a big positive and they said should be fine coz everything is sounds perfect.

Second Failed IVF Round - Endo & PCOS
The quality of my embryo was 4AB and this time 4BA and I had a
hysteroscopy
to remove adhesions and polyps. I know it's the million dollar question that we'd all like to know but why didn't it work? Has anyone been in a similar position and received constructive advice?

Levothyroxine and blood test debarcle AGAIN!!
Had my
hysteroscopy
and biopsy today but prior to it I had a conversation with both the anaesthetist and the surgeon regarding them stopping my levo for 2 days before the operation as my TSH was 0.01 and T4 over range( T3 not tested as no clinical validity ).

Has anyone had a difficult Embryo Transfer that resulted in pregnancy?
The Dr said there's a 50% chance it will work but if it doesn't, i need to have a
hysteroscopy
(at another hospital costing about Ā£3k) to stretch my cervix. Hoping someone can reassure me and until then, I'll keep hoping for the best. X

My Story . . . an update; progress, endo recurrence and the future
I had the specialist consultation in November 2020, we discussed my reasons for wanting a laparoscopy, which included needing to find out what's causing the pain, remove it if possible, check my ovaries, do a tube dye test, and a
hysteroscopy
with biopsies.
