in the 6th jan and was put into a medical menopause so I felt I walked into the hospital a sane person and shuffled out a loon ball, I’ve been put on hrt which is helping some of the symptoms but I still feel totally off my rocker most days can’t sleep not eating very much completely

Pelvic Floor Prolapse
After the 4th I had a
hysterectomy
and 10 years later had a repair, things have got worse in last few years and have just seen another gynecologist who i wasn't impressed with. Can anyone recommend a gynecologist who specializes in pelvic organ prolapse?

Adenomyosis Does anyone else have this?
I’m due to speak to my consultant soon and will be asking for a
hysterectomy
as I can’t put up with this pain as it’s really limiting my life. I’m 38 and while I don’t want to go into an early menopause I don’t want to be in constant pain either.

Are my ovaries failing or is it something else?
Hi all, Has anyone here had a
hysterectomy
and kept their ovaries, but the ovaries have failed afterwards? I'm 7 months post
hysterectomy
and I've started having spotting and bad pain in my ovaries and hips. I also wake up really sweaty. My doctor mentioned my ovaries could be failing.

Just Had my Debulking Surgery
Had a complete
hysterectomy
with omentum then also had my appendix and gallbladder removed because they could. Waiting for labs, but what she thinks so far that it originated in my ovaries then went into my uterus then into my abdominal wall but no were else, so relieved.

brachytherapy without radiotherapy for endometrial cancer.
Hi All, recovering from
hysterectomy
. I have grade 2 stage 1b endometrial cancer. I have been offered radiotherapy on its own or brachytherapy on its own. My understanding is brachytherapy has less side effects on bowel and bladder. Has anyone any experience of this they could share?

Can endo become active again 10 years after total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy?
Following a horrendous time on Zolodex, to reduce the bleeding endo, I had a total, abdominal
hysterectomy
& unilateral, salpingo-oophorectomy ( remaining ovary with Fallopian tube removed ) A colorectal surgeon was also involved in my surgery due to bowel involvement.

Waiting on test results
I did ask for them to complete a
hysterectomy
, but due to no "medical" reasons they wouldn't undertake it. Everything was fine for 8 months and now seem to be back to square 1.

1 year in remission (LGOC)
I will now just have a blood test in 3 months, my last CA125 was 5 but I should point out that it was only 37 at diagnosis and it was rife, including spots on my colon and a bit on my liver, had full
hysterectomy
and debulking and the bit on my liver taken off, they left the spots on my colon which they

Hysterectomy 😥😢
Just a quick question but is a
hysterectomy
the cure for Endometriosis. Or is is better to leave well alone. I've tried all meds to stop it and put me in medical menopause. Nothing has worked so I'm not on any medication for endo. 😢😥 ❤

Prostap. Usual pain has gone but sharp ovarian pain?
I'm currently awaiting an appointment with my gynea surgeon with a view to a total
hysterectomy
, which has - understandably- been postponed due to the current Pandemic. In the inter-rim, my gyneachologist advised to continue with a further 3 months of Prostap.

RV Endo - Hysterectomy /Ovaries query
Is there anyone who has had a
hysterectomy
(kept ovaries), and found their endo has grown back to point of really suffering again and then gone back to have your ovaries out and noticed any improvement? I need a lap either way but wondering about ovaries as torn on this.

Hysterectomy
took out 6 uterine tumors, radiation killed Breast CA that had eaten my sacrum and one Breast CA at the top of my spine by my head. The other 5 have disappeared now, 4 + years later due to Ibrance and Letrozole.
