Pelvic Floor Prolapse

I'm new here. I am a pretty fit and active 75 year old but have had prolapse problems since my first baby another 3 after her all big babies. After the 4th I had a hysterectomy and 10 years later had a repair, things have got worse in last few years and have just seen another gynecologist who i wasn't impressed with. Can anyone recommend a gynecologist who specializes in pelvic organ prolapse? I'm prepared to travel to see a specialist if he was the right one.
