At last!
Had my appointment at the hospital today and my consultant finally agreed after 20 horrible long years to put me on the list for a total
hysterectomy
. Continuing Prostap and Evorell patches till then, but the papers are all signed. So relieved.

Surgery with an MPN ...XXX
I've had other health problems for quite some time now, and really needed a
hysterectomy
...the gynae surgeons were wary, due to my extra weight and my PV diagnosis.

Zoladex -please tell me it gets better!
Also, has any else had a
hysterectomy
after Zoladex treatment? Did you find you could lose weight more easily after? I keep telling myself I need to be kind to myself right now but I feel frumpy and bloated.

Laparoscopy oophorectomy
So I had surgery on Tuesday, was supposed to be a full open
hysterectomy
but I opted for laparoscopy removal of large endometrioma which may have been cancerous and removal of ovary and fallopian tube.

Clinical Trial with Abemaciclib and Olaparib
I had a total abdominal
hysterectomy
in addition to chemotherapy with Taxol/Carboplatin, then Zegula for maintenance. My CA125 dropped down to 11, but 4 months later at my checkup, that number shot up. Legions were found at the back end of my colon, on my liver, and on my psoas muscle.

post menopausal depression and anxiety
I had a total
hysterectomy
which cured my early stage cancer - everything was removed including my ovaries. Has anyone else been left feeling deflated in post menopause?

Emergency admission for partially ruptured endometrioma
Consultant is recommending
hysterectomy
, removing the uterus, cervix, tubes and ovaries (they found fibroids as well). He mentioned prostrap injection to shut down estrogen production in the meantime.

infections caused by endo
As I’m on an urgent list for total
hysterectomy
, excision and bowel resection and as I’m post menopausal with endo and adenamyomas that is still growing fast, I took all my latest scan results and consultation letters and went in with an attitude of, I’m not here for you to fix me, I think I know what

Trying to get my health on track..
Had a abdominal
hysterectomy
and kept my ovaries in Early March, was put into chemical menopause with Prostap SR which really messed me up. The drug caused me to be extremely depressed/anxious. As well as thyroid/heart/ kidney issues.

IUD and awful anxiety
I had asked my Dr about a
hysterectomy
but she said no 🙄. I’m 44, almost 45.. maybe because I’m overweight? It’s awful as heck dealing with this anxiety this bad.

Hope at last
We decided that I should at least see a Gynaecologist privately for a professional opinion as I have no way of knowing what was causing the pain and I had had a
hysterectomy
21 years ago and gone to a sexual health clinic last year and the Doctor told me that there was nothing to see.

On prostap every 4 weeks now on 2nd injection but feeling sick and have pelvic stabbing pain ? Anyone else had the same ? Is it normal ?
Iv Had many operations and currently on prostap injections every 4 week and waiting for my full
hysterectomy
. Both of my tubes are blocked and stuck to my pelvic side wall , i have a cyst on my right over and my endometriosis has spread to my bladder and bowel which had lead to more problems.

Endo diet and bowel symptoms
I've had a
hysterectomy
and oophorectomy and have already had excision. I had an MRI earlier this year which showed adhesions between the rectum and vaginal cuff, and I have a lot of scarring from earlier surgeries.

Zoladex crippling back/hip pain
I’m on this for 6 months to get on the
hysterectomy
list, I’m starting to think it’s not worth it, I’d take the endo pain over this any day.

Hysterectomy, HRT and possible flare up
I've had 2 laproscopys, 1 laperotomy and finally a total
hysterectomy
when I was 40. My ovaries were completely stuck to everything else around them, major pain, also had endo on my bowel, pretty much everywhere lol.

Endometriosis and Adenomyosis
I’m nervous about how I’m going to manage the menopause symptoms and then in 4 months I will be having a full
hysterectomy
. Has anyone else been in a similar situation, and it’s happened this quick? I just want some advice or anything really.

Finally my full hysterectomy
After a two year wait I have finally been given a date for my full
hysterectomy
. It will be keyhole. I have been given two weeks to prepare for it. Any hints and tips on recovery and any suggestions on anything I need to get in beforehand to help with comfort whilst I recover. Many thanks.

I was lost too..
I was put on numerous contraceptive pills, implant, coil nothing seemed to work. 8 years later I literally had to beg for a
hysterectomy
. They dont like doing it if your too young. But in 2016 I finally had the surgery and yes for me it did stop the day to day bleeding.
