Oxygen levels
I have had COPD for around 15 years and it is getting steadily worse. I have the normal inhalers , have a air physio device, a nebuliser and recently have been accepted for oxygen therapy. On my last visit to hospital I was given the device that checks your oxygen levels. As I have only had this device

Oxygen Therapy
Hi Everyone, A relative, who has MS, has suggested that I try oxygen therapy. It seems to really help them but I wondered if anyone here has had any experience of this and provide a suitable comment. Many thanks!

newly diagnosed
my friend is newly diagnosed with CLL. It’s not at the stage of needing medical intervention. She wants to be proactive. Does anyone have experience of natural health treatments that work? Such as oxygen therapy or high levels of vitamin c? I would be very interested to hear of positive outcomes.

The relief of a tablet!
Well, I'm not one to moan about my health condition, but since June I've been suffering with terrible headaches ( cluster) they've been absolutely been brutal. I've been on a long term medication previously and it stopped working, and I've just started taking a new medication 💊, the headaches were so

TRIMBOW HELP
Hello everyone , I need advice from those who use trimbow; I have COPD and have been living with only one lung for 5 years, I have never used bronchodilators but I have always relied on exercises, a good diet and of course no smoking or alcohol. I must say that I did very well, especially because

Has Anyone Tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) - for expedited healing from radiation induced bone fractures & unhealing wounds?
Hyperbaric
oxygen
therapy
(HBOT) is a non-invasive treatment that greatly increases the amount of oxygen in a person’s bloodstream, promoting stem cell mobilization and repairing damaged tissue to heal wounds internal and external wounds in the body.

Oxygen therapy for migraines?
A friend, who was successfully treated with inhaled oxygen for debilitating cluster headaches, recommended I look into this. I have read that oxygen therapy can be helpful in the event of a migraine attack, but that the best quality, controlled studies demonstrate no benefit compared with placebo.

Insurance Rant
Sorry folks, I just need to sound off about the way insurance companies treat us in their medical screening. Generally I feel quite good, yes I have had challenges and times when I have been very poorly but today, this month I am pretty much cancer free and I feel like a survivor. But the insurance

Planet Fitness Whole Body Enhancement machine
I've recently read about Total Body Enhancement at Planet Fitness. It's a 12 minute routine with red light therapy and a vibration plate. Supposed to help with osteoporosis. Wondering if anyone has used this machine?

Don't wake the monsters - risks of therapy and meditation
At a recent group therapy session, the experienced therapist responded to me as if I was completely unhinged by suggesting that doing therapy had risks. Most therapists, like most people, need to sell their services to support themselves. I have strongly mixed feelings about Eminem and Rhianna, but I

Not dying was a good plan, but how to navigate the future is the next challenge
I appreciate that I have achieved remission with my cancer and I was thinking about the fact that my liver, even though I have cirrhosis, managed all of the chemo drugs I've had pretty successfully. In our patient groups we often see people who die quickly when a second problem appears. As a vote

Median PFS for FCR treated CLL patients with IGHV-M was 14.6 years vs 4.2 years for patients with IGHV-UM. V+O and I+R look to be superior
An update of the long-term follow-up results from the original 300-patient FCR (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab) study initiated at MD Anderson in 1999,
Sustained remissions in CLL after frontline FCR treatment with very-long-term follow-up,
reports ~47% of patients with mutated IGHV
