I'll cut a long and complicated story short (hopefully lol). I started my periods at 10, always had bad pain, my mum used to feed me co-dydramol from the age of 12! After having my son 5 years ago I started getting period pain constantly worse after ovulation until i came on. Took me 2 years to get

appointments
Well I have managed to get booked in to see the nurse on Friday. Had bloods done Tuesday so if anything is going on I should at least have the results by tomorrow. I have never felt like this before, my arms and shoulders are keeping me awake all night, my knee has not responded to the jab

Diagnosis Nightmare
Hi I am new to this page, and I have not actually been diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the moment as they are still investigating my problems, but having had a look at some of the post I seem to have many of the symptoms. This all started about 9 months ago when I suffered from a very bad back, this gradually

What causes pain from sexual activity?
I have only recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis and am still trying to understand it all. I am all too aware that it can cause painful sex, however why is this? I'm asking because I experimented at the weekend and did not have penetrative sex but got very aroused, and I am really suffering today

How can I ease the pain please? Hands - stiffness, hypermobility, bruising, overly react to temperature.
I was diagnosed last October and did not recognise stiffness as a problem but it is a symptom which has developed. My hands are getting steadily worse needing stretching and bending carefully - I even wonder about the hyper-mobility as the joints appear looser on my little fingers which have always

Asthma ... and painkillers, whats best???? Any ideas???
Hi I’m after some advice please. I currently take co-dydramol 10mg/500mg as pain relief and I’ve been taking co-codomol or similar for about 3 years now but I’m finding the affect on my asthma is getting much worse and causing problems, these aren’t strong enough either but the stronger they are

Hi I am new to Heart UK - found it via another Forum on Health Unlocked. In 2007 out of the blue I suffered what has been described as a very mild heart attack. However at the time I was in pain I thought it was my gallstone causing me problems as I had been diagnosed with multiple gallstones at
