Hydromol

I have been using hydromol emollient to protect the clitoral area and just below between the inner lips, as everytime I wee the pain is really bad. However the hydromol hardens like small fragments of a bar soap and I’m trying to only bath the area once a day.

The GP has prescribed me with some steroid cream and I also use Hydromol emollient. However, neither of these products seem to be helping and I have today noticed a couple of new areas of eczema appearing. Is there a link between an under active thyroid and eczema do we think?
