Wow!! we have made it to Friday, and I think the drugs are doing their think, thank goodness, still some discomfort and now I don't have to roll onto my stomach in the morning and shuffle out of bed, though seems to be more painful in the mornings and before I go to bed, I have cut down on the Co-Dydramol 10/500mg and miss the afternoon ones and then an hour before I go to bed oh Senna tablets I take like its going out of fashion,

Have a great weekend guys and stay safe and be careful

Pleased your feeling a lot better now. I found though that co drdramol are terrible for giving constipation so I refuse to take those . If you don’t mind taking lots of senna. But personally I can’t stand my system messed up. I rely on hot water bottles , rest combination and exercises and walks to stretch the nerve. I think we all find our own way of coping but very good luck to you
