pelvic pain and no hrt withdrawal bleed
Hello all, I would be grateful for some advice or reassurance please. I have been on Sequential HRT for 5 years, as started having perimenopause symptoms around then. I have always had a withdrawal bleed once a month. I have found that taking hrt does make me a bit bloated and my tummy a bit uncomfortable

AF and Arthritis
Hi everyone long time no post! Pleased to say the AF has been quite stable over the last 6 months or so, a few blips here and there but usually down to lack of sleep, bugs and dehydration! However over the last 2-3 months my osteoarthritis has been getting steadily worse to the point I've had trouble

strange thyroid blood results
my wife is subclinical Hypo, been on 1 grain of Thyroid-S for the past couple of years. Started HRT in Aug 2023, blood test done in Dec, numbers had gone down, increase to 2 grain. Last bloodwork done Mar 2024. Numbers gone down again but TSH is now suppressed. I’m completely confused. Any thoughts

microvascular angina result/reading query
Hi all ! I had an angiogram that looked at Micro Vascular issues and had an IMR reading (index of microcirculatory resistance IMR) of 30 - which means a diagnosis of Micro Vascular Angina.. But does anyone know what this means? Is it good or bad? Barely on the charts or well along? I’ve tried googling

HRT patches and Levothyroxine
hi everyone I am on 75mg of Levothyroxine and have also been taking Sertraline. This pushed my TSH levels open. Since stopping the Sertraline my levels have dropped but now I’m getting more hot flushes and aching joints and restless legs. My doctor had suggested HRT patches but I’m worried that these

Advice on medications
I have recently been prescribed Atorvastatin, a statin to help lower my chloresterol. I am on a slimming world diet which I have been on for a few years and lost a lot of weight. I mentioned this to my doctor and she couldn't understand why my chloresterol has gone higher. Neither do I. So she has put

First time poster overwhelmed with symptoms and considering self-medicating with bovine adrenals & NDT. Asking for advice & recommendations
TLDR: First time poster diagnosed Hashimotos and POI, investigating IBS which is potentially also autoimmune cause. Fatigue, depression and anxiety are ruining my life. Low Adrenal Index Test results so considering self-medicating with Bovine Adrenals. High TSH and anti thyroid antibodies, but low-end-of-normal

What Now?
So I had my laparoscopy last May, confirmed endo, coil fitted. Pain returned after a few months. In November I was put on Zoladex injections with Tibilone HRT tablets, this helped the pain a lot and reduced it to a few times within the 3 month period of being on it. Now the last 2 weeks the pain has

Negative SVT Ablation experience
Good Morning All, So I had my SVT Ablation on Thursday at St Thomas’. Not a great experience. Procedure took 3 and half hours. I was awake the whole time and conscious of everything! Four puncture wounds on groin. Two either side. I could feel the catheters going up into my veins and tweaking around

Zoladex and bleeding
So I was on Decapeptyl for a few months last year, a month without HRT and a couple with. I stopped using it because it was causing me headaches and was switched to Zoladex alongside HRT. For the first 4 injections it was fine, it stopped my periods and I was doing ok, although my moods have got slightly
