Palpitations/Nattokinase/Serrapeptase
I was looking for some information regarding Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. I have had palpitations on and off for about 2 years. About a year ago I went I to see a cardiologist privately. He said there is nothing wrong with my heart but probably caused by stress. I've suffered from stress and anxiety

Drug Holidays
I’m among the relatively fortunately RLS sufferers that along with gabapentin can get decent relief from a 5mg dose of oxycodone immediate release. However, I am very concerned about limiting my dependence to this drug due to its power and am determined to avoid having this dosage increased. I believe

Scientists say mystery of how red wine headaches occur may be solved
Thought this could be relevant on at least two grounds: First, so many members say they have issues tolerating alcoholic drinks, especially red wine. And it is specifically in this respect that I am posting. Not ordinary excessive drinking. Second, there are numerous posts here which advocate taking

T3 only and feeling a bit desperate
I have been taking T3 only for a handful of years now and for a couple of them on a LCHF diet I was happy enough. I lost weight, and felt good. In October 2020 I restarted HRT (I still had/have) hot flushes, but within 2 months I had started to gain weight and on balance I thought that I would rather

Hi, I have always been an anxious person, since the age of 5 years old. I am now 67 years, and I am totally obsessed with my blood pressure and readings. I know I have high bp, as it is in my family history. But it drives me insane.

Statins and Malcolm Kendrick's: The Great Cholestrol Con!
I saw Helvella's post regarding the article in the Guardian on NHS checks; I did post this elsewhere, but I guess would only be visible to folk following the original post, so I thought it may be helpful to post separately. Some on here may well be aware of this work: The work of Malcolm Kendrick

Looking for advice, yet again, please.
I had an appointment to see my GP today regarding high blood pressure. I have been taking 10mg Ramipril for some time but recently BP has been high and erratic. Apparently, I cannot go to a higher Ramipril dose, therefore, need to change. I’m aware that some BP medication can interfere with RLS, so
