Shortness of breadth
I had open heart surgery 8 years ago, I used to have AFIB but a valve replacement resolved it so far. I also have sleep apnea and use a cpap. Recently I have been getting up in the middle of the night once or twice to urinate and I am experiencing shortness of breadth. After I urinate it goes away.

Symptom Help
Morning everyone, I don’t want to sound rude, but before everyone jumps on and asks what my tests results have been lately I am waiting for a copy of them as they do not show on my hospital app. i am just posting to see if anyone has ever experienced anything similar as I am becoming extremely annoyed

I'm in my first semester of community college and I'm trying to finish strong. I know I'll be able to. I just don't know if I'll be able to go back next semester. Ever since I started going to college, my mental health has taken a series decline. Now, I'm eating my feelings; having obsessive, anxious

It’s hard when you’re surrounded by people who have never gone through mental
health
. I have severe
anxiety
- can’t even leave the house. But I’m moving in with my mom to try and get the help and support that I need. And man is my anxiety off the charts.

Hey all. I haven't been online in quite some time. Things have been going great! I enrolled back to college and finally in my dream apartment all of my own!! However, I'm going through health issues and see an endocrinologist tomorrow. My health problems are making it difficult to eat due to effects

How do you deal with
health
anxiety
? How do I calm the racing thoughts that something is wrong with me and my body? It gets so overwhelming sometimes, that it throws me into panic attacks. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance

how can I get over my hypochondria?
I have
health
anxiety
since June. It was since I graduated college and I’ve been terrified of the lil pains I’ve had in my body. It’s usually in my forearms, my calves, both sides of my chest, back of my head, and shoulder blades.

I don't quite understand?
So what is being "Policed" here is natural progression? Surely it is quite natural to progress a subject as it tumbles around an educated group and when it runs out of steam, someone else will bring the group back on track with another "CLEAN" post! That is how a democracy works - well at least I and

TAVI pre and post experience?
I have severe aortic valve stenosis (bicuspid valve) but am asymptomatic. I am terrified of the idea of open heart surgery, or any other treatment for that matter, but considering having a Transcatheter aortic valve implementation . I would be interested to hear about experiences of pre and post implementation

Sudden increase in resting Heart Rate?
Bit puzzled by this, wondering if anyone had any clever ideas? I've tried to ring the local arrhythmia nurses but not got through yet, emailed them yesterday but no reply so far. I'm on 1x1.25mg biso and 1x50 flec twice daily which appears to have been working Ok.
Saturday I did a local park run

ALP and when to add 2nd line therapy
I was diagnosed Feb. 2022 ALP was 307. Started URSO right away. ALP went down quickly - In July 2022 it was 107 but October 2022 was 119 and April 2023 was 120. So my specialist wanted to add ocaliva. I convinced him to give it another 6 months before adding anything and he agreed. So I am praying
