Natural modified IVF protocol

hi, does anyone have any insight or experience with a natural modified ivf protocol? This is a cycle with low dose stimulation injections from day 7 to focus on collecting just a few eggs in hope they will be better quality. I can t find much information on this.

I have had 6 cycles, short, long, luteal and tried growth hormone with no luck. I have low amh for my age so I’ve always been on maximum dose so not sure I’ll response well to a low dose stimulation cycle.
