I just want to share that I have found a few things that have brought me some significant relief as I deal with mouth ulcers on my lips, tongue and gums. I found a mouthwash at Natural Grocers called Miracle Mouthwash. It it manufactured by "Uncle Harry's Natural Products" and claims to be non-toxic,

Flu or other illnesses
Hi everyone! Maybe a daft question....does anyone find if they get poorly with something else, like flu, that it makes their endo flare up or their symptoms worse when it does? After a couple of months of much reduced pain (my lap and merina insertion was in June) I've had the worst flare up yet this

Slight cold and ablation
Good morning everyone, quick question, I’ve got my ablation tomorrow and my nose is a bit stuffed up , I don’t feel unwell , have not got a cough , slight headache but I know this is where my nose is blocked , is it safe to go ahead with the ablation. Just need reassurance that it is safe just in case

Flu Vaccination
Hi, I work in a GP surgery and we are running Saturday clinics for flu vaccinations. If any one who arrives has a cough or cold or feeling unwell, we ask them to re-book for when they are feeling better. I too have been unwell with this horrid cough and chest infection but I am on the mend now. I will

Flu jab should I go?
Hya, I've got my flu jab on Wednesday but had a really bad cold, it's eased slightly but I've practically lost my voice from coughing so much, I did a lateral flow test last night which was negative so assume its not covid. I've also got a slightly sore throat from coughing & trying to speak, I've also

Flu and covid booster
Morning everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has had their flu and covid booster together, or at least on the same day? My hubby and myself have got ours this Thursday at different times and our GPs receptionist reckons it should be ok but I’m not sure. Any advice?

Fungus Among Us: High Ochratoxin A Found in People with Parkinsonism
Yes, Somic67 posted this same video 11 months ago. https://healthunlocked.com/cure-parkinsons/posts/144253830/pd-caused-by-fungus But I just saw the video, we get a lot of new people here, and I have some thoughts on this. I'm also going to pilfer from the LAJ12345 comment on the thread and their link

In regards to all symptoms, has anyone ever been told not to "let it get the better of you" ? And is it easier said than done?
I'm having a big flare up due to having pneumonia and I keep getting told this.

Taken off Inhalers
Ok, met the new Plumo last week, have to say it didn’t go as expected. Without question I have had chronic bronchitis type symptoms now for many years and feel pretty crap most of the time. Wheeze, inability to get a deep breath, sense breathing is not good, morning cough and phlegm. My MEF25-75 is

Forecast of serious flu infections
I wonder if all this talk of a really bad epidemic of serious flu infections is real or scare mongering I’m certainly scared I thought this year we would all have a respite this winter and able to enjoy our families, now I’m looking at restricting where I’m going and back to staying in more than going

If It’s Cold On Saturday - For Thyroid Awareness…
…I shall wear my sweater. I crocheted it a few months ago and I’m waiting for it to be cold enough to wear it. It has the thyroid butterflies fluttering about. Lol

Should I be worried about my night time oxygen levels?
Hello my newbie here. During the summer I was admitted to hospital with covid and pneumonia, I'm recovering slowly. I bought an oximeter that records and every night my oxygen drops, last night it was 80%. It is only low for a minute or two, most times less than a minute. Should I be worried? Thanks

Full of a bad cold
Hi, I have got asthma and currently I've have got a bad cold. I've had it since a week last Friday. I'm not sneezing as much as I was, but I've constantly got a stuffy runny nose that I can't seem to shift and makes it hard to breathe through my nose especially at night. I know it's just a cold but

Review Thursday with Pulmo
Me again, Curiosity got the better of me and I went for that CT scan of the Thorax, thankfully the lungs were clear and showed no emphysema type changes. As some of you will know chronic bronchitis type changes aren't always as recognisable and the radiologist said in his eyes all was good but he’d defer

Teva Issues
I’ve been issued Teva Levothyroxine for the past couple of months…I take 200mcgs. I’m starting to struggle eg needing to nap. I was like this before diagnosis. When Teva had earlier issues I struggled with my levels. I will get my bloods done. Is it an issue though?

Cold and Canulas
Apologies for an indelicate question. My wife has a nasty cold, her first since being on oxygen, which she needs to get up and down stairs and other activities. The problem is that with a completely blocked nose the oxygen is not getting through. Any tips?
