Iodine and selenium testing in Uk- worth the fight?
Have noticed a more persistent

breath and slight changes to nails etc also However I am also on the lower end for ferritin. So my question is- will the gP be responsive to testing both selenium And iodine? Or will he just label me as crazy if I ask for it.

My dinner
Water, onion, half sweet potato, chopped carrots & stalk of broccoli,
garlic
, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, coriander and other bits and bobs. All blitzed into a soup. Add chopped broccoli florets and warm them through. There's not much left in the pan.

I am sticking to my diet and food restrictions but at some point I will have to eat

A New Positive Discovery In GLUTEN FREE Food
They are lovely warm with butter and they make nice
garlic
bread and hot dog puppy rolls too. I even found some waffles which contained the GF wheat starch, and wow, they tasted pretty good for store bought. There might be light at the end of the tunnel for GF baked goods.

Systemic infections!!
So it's been 2 weeks I've been taking a clove of

in morning and evening and feel sooo much better, I think I've got major pockets of infections throughout my body and the

is going through my system and clearing it out ( where no antibiotics have touched it) I have been gargling salt water

Red Lentil Pasta for tea!
This red lentil fusilli was really tasty, I cooked
garlic
and onion with mushrooms and a few slices of red chili in organic coconut oil, boiled the pasta then mixed it all together with some gluten, wheat and milk free pesto. Really quick, filling and tasty! Took about ten minutes to make! Xx

Not a pretty picture!
I made pasta sauce by blending three avocados with 4
garlic
cloves, fresh lemon and lime juice, a small piece of tofu and salt and pepper. Then I cooked two types of mushrooms, sliced chestnuts, red chili, red pepper, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds in avocado oil.

Ocassional juicing of raw vegs with

. I haven' eaten much bread in 2 years and that applies to sweets; great homemade must have on occasions. I feel so much better in three days. Itchy on and off for seconds. 70% more energy..i was so fatigued. It is helping my arthritis pain.

Chilli Con Carne made with turkey mince - 181 calories a portion

I have been on magnesium citrate, turmeric with Kurt cumin, cinnamon,
