Wellbutrin UK
I’m currently taking
Fluoxetine
, I’m experiencing weight gain because of it, therefore I’d like to try something else. I’ve read that Wellbutrin doesn’t have the same weight gain side effects as SSRIs. My doctor won’t prescribe it as they are not a psychiatrist.

The start of a long road
I started
Fluoxetine
3 weeks ago when my husband left. When will it work? I need the pain in my chest to go away and I want to sleep!!

I've been on
Fluoxetine
now for a month or so. My doctor upd the doze last week from 2+1/2 ml to 25ml. Ever since then the side effects have been totally debilitating. The list is comprehensive. I seem to have every side effect imaginable.

Anyone had success with Gabapentin?
My GP has talked of me trying this but he doesn't want to try whilst I'm on
Fluoxetine
so I'm thinking of coming off (only been on 6 weeks) in order to try the Gabapentin.

Newbie Advice Please - NHS not helping
I went in assuming peri-menopausal but left with a
fluoxetine
prescription. I didn't think I was depressed but agreed to show willing and took them for 6 months. They made no difference. My sister is hypo and recognised my symptoms.

Demoted for being ill
So today, in a meeting with the editor of the Scottish newspaper for which I work, a meeting I instigated because I have been off for a couple of months with the old can't-get-out-of-bed-today-wish-I-was-dead ruse and wanted to sort out a phased return to work. But I was told I was being demoted because

Suffering from Tinnitus, Vertigo, Hearing Loss? Ototoxic Drugs might be the cause. Research Paper / Drugs List Here.
Have to say that when I started researching this, I was surprised at how many over the counter and routinely prescribed drugs may be concerned (i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, lanzoprazole (and other antacids), amytriptline, gabapentin, pregabalin,
fluoxetine
, azothioprine...and the list goes on...

Best advice needed for flare up after the flu
I've had the flu and after three weeks my fibro is still so bad that I can barely get out of bed. I have no support at home and I'm not doing very well, the pain is unbearable. I'm already on maximum tramadol and pregablin and duloxetine but I'm really not coping. I've been to the Drs but all they suggest

At the end of my tether with anxiety/depression.
I have been prescribed
Fluoxetine
the other day. It's liquid because the doctor said the smallest tablet is too big to start with. I took 2+1/2 ml yesterday and had one of my worst days ever.

Diagnosed just yesterday, have had a painfully distended abdomen for weeks now no change and I’m feeling pretty depressed with it all now!
Fluoxetine
[trade name ‘Prozac’] (apparently it helps?) and Buscopan (x6 tablets a day) but I have to confess I am struggling enormously with this. Not the diagnosis, but what the condition is doing to me. I’m feeling utterly depressed with it all.

duloxetine
Hi it would be nice to get any body to share there experiences and opinions with Duloxetine, it was suggested that my wife goes on this one instead of Mirtazapine, because she also suffers from and duloxetine apparently can also deal with the pain side of things apart from dealing with the mental heal

Fluoxetine and Tramadol
My gp has prescribed me both of these to help deal with my Fibro pain but I keep repeatedly reading online and in the leaflets with the drugs that you shouldn't take them together. I feel like my GP has missed something? Anyone else taken the two together? I'm on 20mg Fluox and try to stick to just one

RLS, PLMD, and Essential Tremors
I have been diagnosed with all three neurological disorders and have learned several things that might be helpful to other sufferers.: 1. These are neurological disorders and are best treated by neurologists. Most GP’s and PCP’s are not current on best practices for treatment of neurological disorders
