Hi everyone, I take 80mg Duloxetine and lately i have no appetite and have not been eating so much. Then when I start eating I realize I was hungry. Does anyone else experience this? Hello, I started fluoxetine 20mg. It's been 5 weeks and I don't feel any improvement. Sertraline didn't work, so changed to this one. Side effects are awful, just awful. Headaches, diarrhea, worsening depression and so on. Any thoughts how much should I wait for full effect?

Does anyone else take this and there thoughts pls? Gradually been weened off amitriptiline and sertrine. Thanks

I just started taking duloxetine 60my daily only two days ago. The side effects have been awful, nausea,vomiting, unable to ear, headache, dizzy and now a twitchy body. I've been stuck in bed it's so bad. My Dr is closed. Do I continue taking them?

Has anyone had any bad interactions using Duloxetine with other meds?? I started it 2 days ago and haven't slept in 2 days because of it. I take Meloxicam, Gabapentin, & Ropinirole. It made my nerves way worse than they were.

I have been on fluoxetine a week and am starting to feel worse. My stomach is so tense and I don’t feel like dealing with anything. I do know they will work eventually but it’s very uncomfortable in the mean time.
