Chronic Fatigue in Pelvic Pain Disease - Endometriosis/IBD/Bladder Pain
Hi everyone, I am new to this group, and am hoping for some help and support from seasoned pelvic pain sufferers. I will give a bit of background of my medical history, and wonder if there is anyone who can relate with any aspects with confirmed diagnosis of IBD or Endometriosis who could give advice

Could Hashimoto's be drug Induced?
Fluoxetine
at the moment, but she has been on others previously. She also takes olanzapine. Both medications are known to affect the thyroid. Is there a way to find out if these medications have caused the Hashimoto's?

Pain increasing despite Zoladex jabs
I've been on Zoladex jabs now to stop my cycle for over a year while I wait for surgery, my pain is steadily increasing despite me not having a period. I always get pain the week I would normally be having my period and have the entire time I've been on the jabs but now it's getting unbearable again

Pregabalin not working so GP has put me on Duloxetine. I am confused!
After some months of endless nights of 2 hours sleep, (after a lifetime of RLS I'm now 74) on an increasing dose of Pregabalin to 450mgs, then back to 300mgs, plus oral iron to raise my ferritin (27), I finally phoned my GP and told him the sorry tale including how I fell asleep standing up one night

Cold water pain relief.
Hi everyone, I hope the pain and fatigue aren't too bad and is at least tolerable. I just wanted to say that I've recently ( since April this year), discovered pretty good pain relief from cold water dipping in the sea. I can't say I swim as I feel a bit nervous in the sea. It's got to the stage where

Duloxetine
So my local nurse recommended I take duloxetine today to help with fibro pain I've been having lately, as well as treating my depression. I'm a bit on the fence with it though as my husband and I are wanting to try for a baby soon, so I don't want to start a medication to potentially stop taking it after

I have a severe axonal lesion of the peroneal nerve in my lower left leg and foot. I am interested in gaining more info on my condition.
In November 2019 it is presumed that I had some sort of fall and lay unconscious for at least 48 hours before being discovered by family members. I have no recollection of any of this. I awoke in hospital to find that my foot felt incredibly heavy and I was immobile and bedridden. In addition I was put

Flare....how long will this last
I am currently having one of the worst flares of fibromyalgia I have ever had. The pain and fatigue are unbearable. My GP has suggested that I try taking Duloxetine. But the problem is that I have to wean my current SSRI first and I know that is going to be awful as I have done it before. How long will

Crying, pain & optimism
Was previously on
fluoxetine
for anxiety / mood. I also reduced pregabalin as it causes me widespread oedema and increased pain. So, now I am crying all the time (last 7-10 days). I think the last 4 years (since diagnosis) is just hitting me.

GPM6B Inhibit PCa Proliferation by Blocking Prostate Cancer Cell Serotonin Absorptive Capacity
Serotonin treatment could enhance the proliferation of PCa cell lines; moreover,
could reverse this result. In conclusion, we identified GPM6B as a tumor suppressor in PCa. In mechanism, it can regulate the uptaking of serotonin and inhibit the growth of prostate cancer.
