Fluoxetine

Whilst the Fluoxetine really helps with my day to day anxiety (next to no panic attacks one month to the next), less common situations still cause them. I am talking about going on holiday, the travelling.

I was prescribed Nortriptyline,whilst taking fluoxetine,and within 2days I experienced worst sore throat, difficulty swallowing saliva, & glaucoma-like symptoms (swelling of area around eyelids and adjoining forehead area; itchy inner corner of left eye; & eyelashes glued shut upon awakening;muscle

I’ve been taking zyban and want to add fluoxetine in as I’ve heard good results, does anyone take this combination for anxiety and depression and have good results

I stopped it and went onto Fluoxetine which I have been on for about a year. The fluoxetine was not so bad initially, but I went through a great deal of stress for six months between August and December when my mum had to have a serious operation and I felt I was solely responsible for her care.

morning peeps I have recently had my morphine reduced to wean off it plus doctor told me I could double my duloxetine from 60mg to 120 a day well since then I've had bad diarrhoea so he said go back to 60mg which I have but still have diarrhoea I wonder if its the morphine reduction?anyone else had

hi I have Fibromyalgia and find Naproxen seems to help. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have had Butec patches and Duloxetine but they didn't help. I'm currently havingacupuncture. Has it helped anyone? Thanks in advance for any advice. Janet

Fluoxetine at the moment, but she has been on others previously. She also takes olanzapine. Both medications are known to affect the thyroid. Is there a way to find out if these medications have caused the Hashimoto's?
