Methotrexate and infections

Since I have been on methotrexate for my scleroderma ( for about a year now) I am struggling with repeated chest infections and seemingly ever returning nasal drip and cough.. I don't know who to contact about it... Rheumatologist or GP??

Any advice or just sympathy would be appreciated

NB I also take hydroxychloquin, nifedipine in the winter and fluoxetine ( I have Raynaud's)

Have you had any luck yet? Contact both of them. Be persistent. Likely GP will claim ignorance. Out of their depth.

Thanks for your encouragement , GP just advised continuing with nasal spray , which does seem to help , if and when I get my next Rheumatology appointment I will ask there
